Always bought Shark from the moment they came out, Have the carpet cleaner, The air Fryer, Toaster, Knives, pizza oven, coffee machine and have had several Hoovers. Never an issue previously and Highley rated them.
Now I purchased a new hoover last winter. I have been trying to get the hoover replaced with a different model as it is absolutely useless, the worst Shark product I have ever had.
Dissapointed as a valuable customer that Shark will not replace for something else! I think its the worst product to come out of Shark and It leaves me no choice but to stop purchasing further Shark produts. The hoover is and was not from day 1 fit for purpose. Shark do better.

Third hoover from this company ( bought for family members and myself as daughters love thrm and borrow mine on long term !). Each one has been brilliant and still are
Delivery is quick and well packaged
All of the Sharks are very efficient easy to use not heavy and are quiet. Great for stairs and those nooks and crannies. Daughter has a pet one and has found her allergies are less.would always go for a shark now nothing else. Great price great service excellent hoover

Abysmal customer service when finally getting a replacement it arrived broken. I then had to fight for months after receiving the broken replacement to be promised new machines that were never sent! Multiple calls and the need to get frustrated to eventually get a working replacement delivered.
I've now had another very expensive ninja product break! My £600 coffee machine. Dreading handling this with the guarantee process...
I will never buy another shark ninja product again.

Absolutely love shark. I am slowly replacing everything I can around my home for shark. Long warranties, prompt help, absolutely 5 star customer service- I mean you have a video call with them wow. Products are excellent quality and functionality.

After having an issue with my hair product I had bought I cannot fault the customer service I received, they couldn't have been more helpful, I was sent a replacement straight away and no hassle at all, would highly recommend

On experiencing some problems i contacted Shark not to make this personal but there were other difficulties I can only praise their compassion and understanding and not making a drama out of a problem with kind resolve I was treated with help compassion and understanding if only one other company treated their customer like this we would all benefit i am so impressed with the service and the speed of a replacement and I am probably their best advertisement now

I love the light portable vacuum with self cleaning station. if I could improve something it would be battery charge- doesn't last very long but recharges also fast. But this make me do sot checks in a room or on one floor once I see something needs cleaning rather than scheduling weekly clean up day. Design... It does nit all the way under furniture, that it could bend the mine pipe or rotate the main brush more to go under more not half way?
I still love it.

This is an over priced fan?!? It does not lower the temp in your room like it claims & you CAN NOT use the mist inside, it even says outside use only, yet some sites are saying you can have it on inside without getting you or your furniture wet, you would get drenched!!
What a waste of money!! For a FAN!!!

I’m not easily impressed but the build quality of the Shark Ninja equipment I have bought from fans to air purifiers and carpet cleaner all have worked as described. Seen well made and I wouldn’t keep shopping there if I was unhappy.
