Very quick delivery. Pleased with my purchase

They are the most obliging company with regards helping me to replace broken items, even if they haven't been able to help, they have given me a generous discount on a new product.

UPDATE: they said they would contact me weeks ago but no action had been taken, no replies to emails so disappointing do not bother buying this product- buy a dyson instead….

I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of the Shark FlexStyle and the way this issue has ultimately been handled.

The product was purchased from Boots in October 2024 as a gift. After a relatively short period of normal use, it began producing excessive steam/smoke during use, repeatedly setting off the smoke alarm in my home and making me concerned about using it safely. It has now stopped working entirely and shows a continuous flashing red light.

Following my original review, Shark responded publicly and asked me to get back in contact so the matter could be looked into further. I provided the requested information and explained the issues again in detail, however despite this, no meaningful resolution was reached.

I was ultimately told that because the product was outside the manufacturer’s warranty, Shark could not offer a repair or replacement, and instead offered a 30% discount towards purchasing another unit. For a premium product that appears to have failed prematurely, I do not consider this an acceptable outcome.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products should be of satisfactory quality, durable, and safe. Based on my experience, I do not feel this standard has been met.

Very disappointing experience overall.

We purchased another shark vacuum after the last one took a tumble and crashed!

It was cheaper than the last one we purchased purchase but does a much better job 😅

We are so pleased with the Shark Vacuums we even purchased a new carpet cleaner and got rid of the Vax one!

I now own a vast amount from shark from the xl vaccume to carpet cleaner stain spotter and the shark steamer pickup roller . All are fantastic best items ive ever owned . I will always stay with shark . Can't recommend there products enough .

Having done my homework, I purchased a Shark WV270UK Handheld Vacuum Cleaner as I was about to undergo a hip replacement op and couldn't lug the vac around. Very impressed with the quality and the power of the product, which is compact, light and convenient around the house and the car for quick jobs and a daily tidy up. Replacement filters very easy to procure and maintain. I have found most hand vacs are lacking power and suction - but this is the real deal. Shark products purchased to date have all been very well made and highly effective!

Amazing service when my vacuum head stopped spinning - quick troubleshooting exercise and a new head delivered in less than 24 hrs no quibble - this is not the first time I’ve called Shark and their service is just second to none - I always buy Shark Ninja products because I have confidence that when things go wrong they fix it.

Id genuinely never buy another brand of vacuum anymore 🌟

Went back to a Dyson for 1 month but ended up selling it and buying a shark again!!!

This is the worst vacumn cleaner ever…
The battery would only charge to three lights and not four ergo it didn’t work.
I then ordered and paid for a new battery, same thing happened. I now have a defunct hoover and two batteries that don’t fully charge.
Not at all happy. Never again. X

Great company

I submitted the following review after receiving an email from Shark, following which I was notified that it wasn't acceptable. I edited it to remove the name of the courier company but this was also deemed unacceptable. So here goes with a copy of my of my 2nd review direct to Trustpilot:

I ordered a replacement wand for my Shark vacuum cleaner. It was delivered reasonably quickly but the shaft was dented on delivery (poor packing and poor courier treatment in my view). I rang Shark and they said they'd send a replacement which they did but it took several days (I didn't need to return the damaged item). The replacement item was also damaged due to poor packing and poor treatment by courier. I'm too exhausted now to expect a replacement in original condition. I would certainly suggest reviewing your courier.

Alot of great products at a fair price. Delivery was fast. Will definitely order from them again.

I purchased the shark carpet expert EX150 series ( carpet cleaner ) I got it on sale for £159. It’s a great machine. Cleans well. Not to loud. Not to heavy, compared to my old bissell. I would say make sure you hoover well beforehand. I did downstairs, but got too carried away and forget to hoover upstairs. I ended up with lots of hair on the brush, as this is not the anti hair wrap model. That’s was £350 and out of my price range. It’s easy to take apart to clean. Took me a while though to do it. But cleaned it after use. And let it all dry before storing. The dry mode does not heat up. It basically goes over the carpet again and sucks up more water. Mine carpets are nearly dry after two hours. Would I recommend, yes. Just make sure you hoover well beforehand.

Purchased the facial glow, on first couple of times using it I wasn’t overly impressed but I continued and I love it.
