I ordered a aspirador and should have arrived last week the courier said they had tried to deliver 3 times but they are not telling the truth because I have been here all week. The courier is Suer.

We were waiting in anticipation ...

We were so much looking forward to receiving our Shark after friends had told us how good they were. It arrived and we couldn't wait to use it. Having hoovered our main carpet recently we were amazed at the further amount of dust it removed. We are delighted with it and will find the job so much easier from now on.

Great product that was simple to order…

Great product that was simple to order online nd delivered promptly. I even got 10% discount code for subscribing to marketing emails which I forgot to include when checking out. I emailed customer service and they took care of reimbursing me the discount. It was handled promptly and very professionally.

Shark NZ801 replacement parts

I have a Shark NZ801, and recently ordered two replacement parts: the "Soft Roller" and the "Kit de Filtro HEPA". I quickly received a package with two small boxes inside. One contained the Soft Roller that I want, but the other package was not the filter kit that I ordered. In fact, I don´t know what it is. The little box contains 4 tiny blue plastic "wheels" with long black bristles attached at one point of the wheel/disc.. I will search for a parts list to find out what it is. (No part numbers are listed in the manual for the vacuum cleaner, nor on the Shark-Ninja ordering site. So I ordered by part name. Where is the pre-motor filter assembly that I ordered. And paid for.
