JACK from customer support will not get my gold
i bought some gold and messaged JACK on live chat, he asked for my email and all that.. i went and looked for some kind of order id, when i came back to the chat i was spammed out and was called a idiot and a whole lot of other things because i did not trade him back instantly.. i then asked to get my gold and have been told "be back." obviously the worst customer service i have ever dealt with. Dont even understand why they bother ... Hire someone that is even the slightest bit polite and friendly... DO NOT USE THIS SITE!

It didn't say anywhere that I would need to provide an ID, and when they told me I needed to provide my ID, I asked for a refund. The 24/7 help desk said "refunded" I asked how long it would take to process to which he responded "idn". He then stopped responding to my messages. This service seems extremely unprofessional.
