Used Shark Hosting for nearly a year Good uptime and support is helpful thanks I have a woocomerce site with them.

Sometimes my website is a bit slow, but the service is amazing, i asked them if they could reboot it, and in 5 minutes the website was fast again. Recommended

I was skeptical at first as their hosting plan are very cheap, thought that there might be issues in the future. but no such issues happened, i have been using this
hosting for about 4 months and i am very satisfied with it. i have hosted 3 websites here and would recommend it to every small website/business owner

I have been using SharkHosting for the past year now and I have to say there is nobody else on the market that offers better service than these guys.

They ALWAYS go above and beyond to support us. I recently bought a VPS from them to run my Magento 2 store, as I needed a server with good speeds. It was configured by the admin team to perfection and they even migrated my Magento store for free. This VPS is half the price of our previous hosting company and it feels a million times faster (so if you're planning to run an e-commerce store with Magento I recommend this highly).

If your website is big or small, they have the ideal hosting for you. Excellent value for money, super fast and friendly support, never had any issues.

I can't thank these guys enough, I've gone through so many other providers who have caused me grief but SharkHosting has been delightful to work with.

I subscribed to a web hosting account with SharkHosting nearly a year ago for a domain to test drive this outfit and all I can say is they came up ACES! I'm now hosting 30 domains with them because they are super responsive in helping their clients and actually know this business.

THEY ARE NOT RESELLERS OF RESELLERS!

Are they a for real bona fide 5 star company, though?

Well, until the 10 star rating system comes out, a mere 5 stars will have to do.

I grade SharkHosting a 99 out of a 100.

I JUST LOVE THE FACT THAT THERE EACH HOSTING PLAN IS UNLIMITED. BUT WAIT THERE IS A CATCH THAT YOU MUST READ BEFORE SIGNING UP.
THAY ARE GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO.SUPPORT IS QUICK BUT THEY SHOULD HAVE A CALLING SUPPORT FOR EMERGENCY.
IF U R STARTING SHARKHOSTING WILL HELP YOU SAVE FEW BUCKS.

I had a few websites I needed to find a home for -- all wordpress stuff, nothing major or high traffic.

So far so good, very affordable, fast customer services and a familiar cPanel interface.

I noticed in their TOS that they don't allow video or music streaming down to 'bandwidth issues' -- this policy seems a little out of date as most of the world streams everything now, but it is something to be mindful of when comparing with other hosts.

However, the TOS says nothing about database connections, which I would have thought would be a much more important issue than bandwidth.

Like, I'm not hosting anything high-end or powerful, but (for this price) I can't imagine a shared server being able to support high-end, database heavy forum software etc.

If, like me, you have basic webhosting needs, then you probably can't go wrong. :)

I have been using Sharkhost for more than half a year . My website is still working perfect and their Support service is good they always like to help us , although you need to wait a little time for reply but they have done a great service for me.

Live chat never seems to work, miss selling as they sell live chat support as a feature which never actually works
