I have a Ninja Thirsti drinks bottle and the silver coating is coming off the cap. I engaged with SharkNinja's warranty process to see what could be done. I had a reply within just a few minutes telli... See more

Very poor custmer care department
I ordered an air fryer on November 11th and the money was taken from my credit card the same day. A few days later, I was sent an email from Ninja saying the product had been dispatched and that I could track it on Yodel (I know...). I used the Yodel app but the app told me that they had not received it from Ninja. I then had to contact Shark Ninja's customer care team. They told me somebody would get back to me withing 24 hours with a resolution to the problem. Nobody got back to me. Then they told me somebody would get back to me within 48 hours. They didn't. Then I was told somebody would get back to me within 3 - 5 working days. No big surprise but they didn't. Their customer care department is as useless an outfit as it is possible to imagine. All clueless. managers are always "busy" (i.e. they do not exist). They are trained to bat people away with false promises and they say sorry every 10 seconds. This will be the first and last product I buy from Shark Ninja. Shockingly grim company with little regard for customers.
Zero Stars for whole experience!
I truly wish I could give a zero star review.
I attempted to purchase a Shark FlexStyle Air Drying & Styling System from SharkNinja directly and I used my Visa.
I was charged 4 times on VISA card for this one item and the order kept being cancelled. After being transferred at least five times, talking to Kevin, Dominique, Tatiana, Mila, etc… The company can’t get it together, and SharkNinja has claimed that Visa was rejecting the card and yet my card was billed each time.
I have taken up the issue with SharkNinja and according to them, their “Credit card security system rejected the transaction, and no matter which card I would use, it would automatically reject it.” They could not explain as to why “their security system” would do this, but somehow my money has still been frozen in my account for a transaction not fulfilled.
I took it this dispute with Visa, they can see I was charged 4 times and they have told me I have to wait for 5 business days to see if the transactions will fall off.
When I brought these issues with SharkNinja, they advised to purchase the item from an authorized dealer instead. What about my money still pending that they said won’t clear until shipping? Issue a refund! Shame on SharkNinja for doing things like this. Specially during a holiday season!
Thank you Best Buy for my purchase!!! Never again SharkNinja!
Beyond irate!
Incompetent and useless Customer service
I ordered a Ninja air fryer and received email confirmation that it had been dispatched from Ninja warehouse the following day. The item never arrived so after a few days I contacted Customer services and was told the item had gone missing so they would look into it and call me back. I specifically asked if there were air fryers in stock as this was a present for my Mother in law and was told there were plenty in. The following day I still had not heard back so contacted customer services again only to be told the item probably hadn’t been scanned properly when leaving the warehouse and that they were now all out of stock again! My only option was to receive a refund! When I asked for the Customer services managers details I was told by the operative that they didn’t have their managers details and to just fill in a complaints form on the website and it would be investigated.
Awful Customer services and dreadful communication. I will now be buying an alternative brand of air fryer!
Ninja Foodi 7.5litre Fan Stopped Working
My family have been strong supporters of Shark NInja product’s, we currently have the following equipment.
3 x Shark electric hoovers.
2 x cordless Shark Hoovers.
In December 2020 we were looking for air fryers and because the Shark hoovers were very reliable and excellent quality I decided to purchase 3 Ninja Foodi 7.5 litre for my children. Step forward to November 2022 one of the machines has developed a fault, the fan has stopped working. Only 12 month guarantee, if they had confidence in their brands they would give a longer warranty.
Surely the quality of the Shark brand, your products should last longer than 18 months
Never use this company! Be warned
1 star is even to high for this company I brought 2 air fryers in this Black Friday event (shock horror I managed to get it) one was for my elderly Mother and one for a family member (as they don’t do online shopping) they confirmed the purchase and took the money from my account .
I then got an email to say it had been cancelled and no reasons given. I have been calling daily and speaking to staff via email to it’s taken ages to get the money back. It turns out they have a internal policy and choose who gets one. And be warned u only allowed 1 item per household even tho this is not stated anywhere on the website and they monitor people and their purchase’s. i wasn’t given a choice and they decided what to do and all I wanted the items!
I am absolutely appalled at the service and I’m raising this further but attempting to find contact details for the head office/the press whoever
Appalling all round operation
Ordered an air fryer and receive the wrong product. Mistakes happen. However, this was no mistake. They delivered this item because the one I have ordered is out of stock. I arrange a return and ask for the right one to be delivered.
After being told the correct one has been dispatched, I have waited 14 days for the item and when I called them, they said the item is out of stock. Why didn't you as a company inform me of this rather than me having to chase you?
After 6 calls, repeatedly asking for an update and a call back from a manager. I received neither one of those things.
Do not purchase from this company.
NO VACUUM BUT A AIR FRYER INSTEAD
They take your hard earned money and then send you the totaly wrong item.
They lie about sending you the correct item the next day, but dont tell you they do not delivery to your area the next day or at weekends.
they mess up your order but do not care as long as they got your money.
even sending correspondence to the CEO gets ignored.
POOR SERVICE, DONT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS.
Not a review of the product but the…
Not a review of the product but the customer service - I haven't tried the AF300UK I ordered.
So I tried to cancel my air fryer order about 30 mins after placing the order, was concerned about space after checking dimensions, was my mistake admittedly. Phoned their 'customer service' line, the chap told me that he had noted the cancellation and I should receive an email, or maybe a phone call (he didn't seem to know) from someone confirming the cancellation.
I didn't get that....so...
I tried to use their contact form later that day - no option to cancel an order obviously, but entered all my details against something related - order status.
After completing the ridiculous contact form, where you have to know the exact model number of the thing you ordered, as well as providing your name, address, email and order number (would that pinpoint it?)...I received the following morning an email asking me to confirm the first line of my address (which I had already entered on the contact form).
My response with the information was ignored...I gave up trying to cancel 12 hours later and sent them a courtesy note to say I no longer wished to cancel. About 5 minutes later according to the dpd records, the order had shipped (and no I don't believe in response to my email).
I then received an email the next day on the thread of my contact message, thanking me for the details I provided ... but did I still want to cancel....! No! That was the last thing I said, and you've already sent the bloody thing 12 hours ago anyway.
It arrived today...hope it works, as dreading having to deal with them - will not buy anything else from them.
Good products but shameful lack of customer service
I recently purchased a Shark Air Purifier (601) for my home and was impressed enough to buy a smaller version (401) for my bedroom. While the unit was good, the remote didn't work out of the box. I checked the battery with a test meter, and the voltage was perfect. The remote for the 601 unit worked on both the 601 and the 401, so I knew it was not the unit. I called customer service and spoke to someone in the air purifier section, who really sounded miserable and unhappy to be helping me. After going through a video chat to show the remote wasn't working, the reluctantly agreed to send me a new remote, but made it clear that they were doing me a favor. I received the remote, but here is the odd thing: the remote had a battery activation paper to keep the battery from discharging until used, but NO battery! I put in the battery from the non-working remote that came with the unit, but the replacement remote didn't work. So, I called a second time and, this time, got a very nice person who apologized for sending me a remote like that and promised to make sure I got a new remote this time. Well, I just got the remote and pulled out the battery activation paper and tried it. It did not work (AGAIN). So, I checked the battery and - once again - there was NO battery in it. I put in the good battery, but it still didn't work. So, I once again (3rd time) called Shark and got another unhappy and unhelpful person who made me once again go through the video call nonsense and made me show the battery in the unit (the battery door has a screw to undo) and prove it wasn't working. After that, she wanted me to, again, open up the remote and show her the battery a second time. When I explained that these remotes must not be new because neither of the replacement remotes they sent me had batteries but had a battery activation paper sticking out, she said "our remotes don't come with batteries"! When I asked why they had battery activation papers sticking out but no batteries, she continued to repeat that their remotes do not come with batteries. So, her response "go to Walmart or Home Depot and buy a battery"! So, if you buy their products, just pray they work because you will NOT get any service! Poor!!!

Returned an air-fryer on the 29th January, have telephoned many times and i keep on getting the same response your refund will be processed in 24-48 hours but no refund is being processed. I have never had such an experience legally all refunds should be processed within 14 days!!!
Absolutely terrible customer service
Absolutely terrible customer service - ordered an air frier on Dec 6th with supposedly speedy delivery.
Sure enough a notification came through from DPD saying they were expecting the package.
2 days later the DPD notification vanished.
I contacted Ninja by email and their contact form - no response.
Followed up with a phone call a week later - took 30 minutes to answer call. Came out with a hogwash story about warehouse mix up and that item would be despatched "soon". I cut off the agent mid sentence as she was obviously thinking on the hoof. I insisted on cancelling the order and requested a refund. I was informed this would be paid within days.
Three weeks later and still nothing. No updates and no refund.
Now with PayPal for despite resolution.
I'll be contacting trading standards and reporting Ninja for selling stock they don't actually hold.
Avoid at all costs - absolutely useless.
Do not buy any of their products!
Agree with all the other reviews terrible customer service. Called about my ninja air fryer took down all my details and not heard back. Have called three times with the same answer someone will call you back. Also have a shark hoover biggest mistake I've made do not buy any of their products they do not last and customer service is terrible!
Shark Ninja
I have been a Shark customer for several years 3 vacuum’s , a mop, 3 hairdryers (2 were gifts for family members) , to date I am delighted with the products all bought via third parties ( department store) I ordered an air fryer online directly from Shark Ninja payment was taken + received email confirming next day delivery , item never arrived contact customer service was advised it was out of stock no idea when it would be available to order again , refund took 7 days to process I was advised someone from escalation team would contact me within 48 hours re my concerns since them over the period of a month I contacted them 3 times been advised that its a small team that is “ very busy” + can’t give a timescale reply to me , last week I had an email from Gemma in saying she had phoned me I had no missed calls on my phone I emailed the email address she provided : got a generic reply saying this email was unmanned and to call them directly it also contained four links to apply to Ninja + Shark to be product testers , I phoned asked to speak to Gemma was advised she had left work for the day and a message would be left asking her to contact me , in Friday another email saying she had phoned and I had not picked up my phone never rang and yet again did not show any missed calls, I have not experienced someone phoning me and the call not showing as a missed call in call history .Much as I love Shark products purchased via third parties I will not by again as the result of dealing directly with Shark the customer service is non existent , rude and very unhelpful with the exception of a lady called Julie who was nice ,polite, and as helpful as she could , Shark as a company
need to be more on the ball and helpful to customers who are required to contact customer services , as I can see from previous reviews my experience is very similar to others who have left reviews . 12/12/21
False advertising
I ordered one of their air fryers as a birthday present 2 days before the date of the birthday. Safe in the knowledge that it said ‘we will endeavour to deliver the next day’ here I am a week later with the product not even being dispatched! Don’t advertise what you clearly can’t deliver it’s called false advertising! Now no had present to give on the birthday.
Perfect delivery and customer service
Ordered an air fryer delivery was really quick arrived the next day. I rang customer service on the day I placed order as the tracker wasn’t working they couldn’t have been more helpful. When delivered everything in the box and in perfect condition. Would recommend
Mediocre customer support
I have a Ninja air fryer and one of the silicone feet split on the crisper tray. Spoke to Ninja who said the feet are not sold as a separate part so would have to purchase a new tray which was a bit annoying but placed the order online. 2 weeks passed and no product or communication from Ninja so they were duly phoned to be told the part is out of stock and they don’t know when it will be available. Not good that they can take your money when they have no stock or that they do not follow up with any communication. I also received an email asking for feedback on their performance which I thought amusing nevertheless I gave my opinion and later received another email to say my review will not be published, I guess they only publish positive feedback.
UPDATE 11/1/21
Still no sign of the crisper tray ordered 2 months ago but today received an email from them advising that due to high demand they are experiencing delays to their delivery dates by up to 4 days. I now think they are having a laugh at my expense.
Customer support = bad
Bought the big air fryer.
Had issues with it, so emailed customer support and was told they would only deal with my query if I phoned in!?
I phoned in, helpful person on the other end and after some initial troubleshooting (which could have been done via email!) they agreed to send over a new part. Sadly, due to one of their systems being down, it could not be ordered whilst I was on the phone.
They suggested I call back so I can get another CS agent and get them to order it on their system.
Why not just transfer me to another agent though?
Anyway, fast forward a couple of days, and I emailed them back again to please order the part, and they didn't read the emali and gave the standard 'Phone us, we won't deal with emails'
I then responded and asked them to re-read the email, as I only wanted them to proceed with the order for the replacement.
They responded with an 'incident number' and then asked me to call them? Just order the part for me! I don't want to spend another 20 minutes on the phone, to find out an agent's sytem isn't working and to call back again.
Product maybe good, but customer service is bad ... Not being able to accept an email for troubleshooting/resolving queries is astounding in this day and age.
Why have a customer support email in the first place, if you can't process any and you have to call anyway?
Last time I buy anything from them, as it's been frustrating.
Wont send me the promised part. Now ignoring me.,
I bought an air fryer but the 7.5l pot was faulty/scratched so emailed Shark in March and they agreed to send a replacement pot to me. Just didn't have them in stock at the time. I'm still waiting. I email every couple of weeks but still no pots in stock (they forget me each time so we have a bit of hassle where I email, 2 days later they ask who I am and want full address etc, then 2 days later they promise me a new pot as soon as they are back in stock). My last 2 emails though have gone unanswered even though I get an automatic receipt from their email saying its received.
Either they are lying, hoping I'll give up or they have not had any pots (which is not true because I can buy one for £25 plus postage on their website).
Terrible customer service.
Refusing to honour their warranty when I bought it from them! Avoid these 'Sharks'!
Bought an Air Fryer from this outfit in Sep 2020. It has just stopped working. I contacted them and they sent me a 'Friendly Customer Service' number to call. I registered the product with them and all I had was a guarantee number from them. After talking to some unhelpful moron on the phone, I was told the guarantee could be fraudulent and that they cannot honour it! They couldn't find me on their system even though I bought it direct from them!I couldn't believe what this 'person' was telling me. I bought this direct from them and they couldn't find me on their system. What a shower of rubbish this lot are. I have a bank statement proving I bought from them so if they don't help, I have told them I will pursue them through the small claims court. And I will! What a shower of rubbish!
