Prachtige oven en uitmuntende klantenservice

Sinds een jaar heb ik een Ninja 12 in 1 combi oven. Geweldig apparaat waar we heerlijke gerechten in no time op tafel zetten.
De combi oven is in de storm van een paar weken geleden kletsnat geworden en defect. Geprobeerd via klantenservice te kijken of herstel mogelijk was. Helaas niet.
Ik bestelde een nieuwe, en kreeg het aanbod voor 10% cashback. Snelle en vriendelijke reacties, alles in 2 dagen afgehandeld. GE WEL DIG!!!

Volledig onbereikbaar

Volledig onbereikbaar. Op mail wordt niet gereageerd, ondanks belofte van reactie binnen 48 uur. Telefonische wachttijd: 60 minuten. Wat een waardeloos bedrijf om contact mee te krijgen.

de klanten servies is heel slecht

de klanten servies is heel slecht je blijft 20 min het zelfde te horen je bent over 13 min aan de beurt dus ze zijn slecht bereikbaar wanneer ze je pakket op sturen vergeten ze het huis nr er op te zetten nu is mij de vraag of ik daad werkelijk wel mijn order zal krijgen wat ik heb bestelt
