I have a Ninja Thirsti drinks bottle and the silver coating is coming off the cap. I engaged with SharkNinja's warranty process to see what could be done. I had a reply within just a few minutes telli... See more

Iv ordered an air fryer
Iv ordered an air fryer. On a payment plan offered at checkout. I have had no confirmation email, no delivery estimate, no nothing other than money being debited from my account. If I don't receive what iv ordered it will be me raising fraud / scam concerns. These reviews are so worrying 😟
THINK TWICE...!!
THINK TWICE...!!! I purchased an air fryer 2 yrs ago and already they have stopped making the accessories/replacement items for it. Emailed customer services and they FAILED to get back to me. At the time of purchase they should have at least said the item would be up graded/re designed so would be impossible to get replacement parts. Then when you do speak to customer services they don't care or give a damb... Ninja just want your money and that's it.

Birthday present of NinjafoodieMax-
Live alone , light careful use not used any of the metal racks etc just the air fry basket and silicone utensils.
Noticed marks like dots on base of cook pot which appear to be pits in the coating.
Contact customer service- advise fair wear and tear even though only used 2-3 times a week and less than a year old so warranty doesn’t apply - surely an integral part of a £200 + cooking item should last longer than 8 months ???? As I understand it under UK consumer law fair wear and tear is balanced against lasting a reasonable length of time. Apparently they have had other complaints with 6 months or so use so it’s not just me.
I’m now unsure where the bits of coating go to and if it is safe to use.
I wrote review which can be checked from their phone logs which was rejected

Appalling product and service - SharkNinja vacuum cleaner
I would very strongly recommend to AVOID SharkNinja at all costs!
I purchased a Shark Ninja vacuum cleaner, model AZ950UKT, in August and the product and service were appalling. The machine itself was faulty on arrival. The power brush didn't rotate and consequently very little dirt was sucked up. When I called customer service I was told to make sure the cleaning head was on the floor not in the air (duh, it was) and that the handle was tilted back (duh, it was). With those two boxes ticked, the service person ran out of options and told me to return the entire machine, and they would send a replacement. Of course these problems can occur, but Shark massively compounded matters by telling me I either had to take the repacked machine to a DPD depot other side of town from me) or pay £15 for it to be picked up. Eh?? They send a faulty machine but I have to pay for them to collect it?? I did take it to the depot but needless to say cancelled the entire order and bought a Miele (which is working perfectly). As if things weren't bad enough, I have still (4 weeks later) not received the refund promised to me in "5-10 days". When I chased up today, customer "service" apologised and asked for all my details again, even though they of course have everything they need a dozen times over!
I Bought a Ninja Pressure / Air fryer…
I Bought a Ninja Pressure / Air fryer combo cooker for my wife who cant use the stove because she is disabled and wanted something to cook food ( even though I do most of the cooking ) Anyways the cooker seemed to work great for the first month, then when trying to use the pressure cooker to make a stew, it said
"Lid" we tried to put the pressure cooker lid on and it never registered, tried to look on youtube, pfft nope.
So hey lets try "CUSTOMER SERVICE" oh boy!
The first thing they have in the recording is language setting, ok fine... Next press the phone number you have with your account.. Um what? after 3-10 mins of pressing 0 or yelling at it to go away it sends us to a person, I explain the issue for 20 mins first words out of his mouth wasnt "Sorry you are having problems or Let's get try and help you" nope it was instead "What was the PHONE number for your account... My wife left the room because she could see the blood vessles on my forehead start to protrude into a makeshift middle finger.. Deep breaths..I said No the air fryer is trying to burn my house down because the correct lid isnt registering when we try to use the pressure cooker setting! Deep breaths... The person replies, "Ok let me transfer you to customer service" Whaaaaaa?! Next fella: Can you tell me the phone number for the account...... Oh sweet mercy, goddamit I didnt buy a phone from you people, Im not cooking a phone, I didnt purchase an app that opened the cardboard to a product that doesnt work as intended because of something to do with my PHONE!! EEEEEEIEEE! He was snooty and rude and said "Please register your phone with your account before calling and hung up" Please I need to understand?! HELP US.
Excellent
This is so much more than a grill. I made bread buns in the air fryer and they turned out perfect, better than in an oven. Thoroughly recommend the Ninja Foodi Grill.
Ninja Foodie Grill has made me into a chef
I wanted a Ninja Foodie Grill and had checked out the major retailers in the area but found that it was £20 cheaper through Ninja with free delivery! It arrived promptly and has been used daily.
I have made all sorts -and to be fair, I am far from a cook. I recently did a steak dinner with baked potatoes for friends and they were amazed that I had made it. It was a restaurant quality meal, finished with apple puff pockets, also done in the foodie.
I am going to use the dehydration function overnight as I need the grill / air fryer at least once a day!
A Very happy customer!
