This is my third Ninja. I simply love the machine and all its features. The problem is that the motor in the base has failed, and I’m left with all the containers for blending, etc.

I had a defective cleaner, the company sent me a replacement motor jnit swiftly and without charge.

Just awful customer service. Ordered a machine on 25 June with a 5 business day delivery. They chose SEUR to deliver it, who evidently don't enjoy working as they "lost" it. I contacted Ninja on the 2 July, we're now on the 7 July and no closer to resolving it. On the 3rd they offered to send a new machine, but 4 days later they're still dithering. I've asked for contact details to make an official complaint which they keep ignoring, and the latest email today says "But Seur says your address doesn't exist" so I have had to send them an official address letter from my townhall. Why is it so hard? Every rep is a different person, and equally as unhelpful. I thought Ninja was a reliable brand but clearly not.

Waiting over a week from ninja .es France is the sender, waited over a week but still nothing! Been in my local city for 48 hrs but still nothing out for delivery! NINJA uk is fantastic! Order and recieve in 48 hours but Europe is a shambles! STILL WAITING….

Ordered mini blender set, never delivered, contacted them, signed their forms returned the forms and then they ghosted me, phone number goes nowhere … scammers

We've been using Ninja for several years, and I recommended them to my sister.
She used the oven 10-in-1, which had a malfunction, but the guarantee service was implacable helping out.
Other than that, it is a rare occasion and other appliances have worked for years just fine.

It was great, the package arrived with one day of delay, but it was because of the delivery company. The shark if perfect!!! And I got 10% of discount.

I would like to give Ninja Kitchen an excellent rating for their customer service in Spain. Although I still haven’t received my air fryer due to ongoing problems with the courier company SEUR, the Ninja customer support team has done everything possible to help me throughout the process.
They have been professional, patient, responsive, and genuinely committed to finding a solution. When I contacted them, they treated me with kindness and understanding, and they tried to assist me as much as possible despite the delivery difficulties caused by the courier service.

I’ve only used this Ninja blender twice and I already know it has genuinely changed my daily routine for the better. I bought it mainly for protein shakes and iced coffee, and honestly I’m obsessed. The texture is incredibly smooth, it crushes ice perfectly without struggling, and everything tastes so much better compared to my old blender.

Protein shakes come out creamy and café-style in seconds, and iced coffees feel like something from a coffee shop. It’s also super fast and easy to clean, which makes me use it way more than I expected.

I can already tell this is going to become one of those appliances I use every single day. Absolutely worth it.

Ninja were very informative regarding delivery which was prompt. The machine is amazing and beyond what I expected. Doesn't take long to set up and get to use. Very easy to clean, which makes it very appealing. Not cheap but a wonderful coffee machine.

Ordered and delivered a few days later. Super vacuum that lifted more dirt from a rug that had just been vacuumed using my old cleaner! Love the IQ feature

I didn’t recieve my product yet, but I put you one star only for choosing SEUR company for delivery which are the worst company, for a premium brand like ninja should work with dhl or ups, there’s always delays with seur anyway

Great delivery service, arrived super fast, and we love the machine

The cordless vacuum cleaner is lightweight and intelligent. The detect setting is really good for me as I have hard floors with just a couple of mats. I also like the folding tube to get under furniture easier. I even got it at a greatly discounted price from their own Spanish site. I have nothing bad to say about it.

Delivery service has not comply with supposed delivery date. I'm going to have to return the product if it doesn't get delivered by tomorrow. Delivery company Seur does not take responsability for delay, nor gives information or details about delay or delivery date.

I made the purchase, including all the details and when I chose PayPal as payment method, your web deleted all the details and imported my email, address and everything from my PayPal account. So the address was incorrect, also the email. I noticed it about an hour later and there was no way to change anything. No customer service provided ( this was Friday, no service until Monday . I sent an email (no answer up to date). When I could contact, they refused to change anything although the transport company told me only the sender can change the address. Also, I wasn’t able to cancel the transaction within the following hours, which also has no sense. Terribly disappointed and I hope they don’t deliver the machine to that address, as I don’t want to sue anyone but I won’t have any other option.
Edit after reply: No, the address has not been changed, as that is not an option for me, only for you as the sender and you refused to do so. The only option has been to keep the package in a Mail Shop but in the same post code as the wrong address, so I will have to drive 2,5 hours to collect it and another 2,5 back. Thank you very much.
