Do you ever feel you have been scammed.
I ordered in good faith a 15 in 1 multi cooker directly from the Ninja website ... Ninja took the order, took my £299 and confirmed next day delivery.... Next day came and went and no Ninja... Me smells a scamming rat....and how right I was.
2 days after placing my order I gave Ninja a call and surprise surprise my order is now "out of stock" and that due to a system error my order should never have been accepted.
I then proceeded to cancel the order only to be told it could take 12 days for a refund to processed.
Anybody thinking buying from this company should think long and hard as they are extremely dodgy and not to be trusted.
What an appalling company.

The appalling service continues.
48hrs further on from my original cancellation and still awaiting confirmation of the cancellation.
Yet again I am having to call them for a status update only to be greeted what I can only discribe as a useless robot I think her name was Drama.
Well what can I say.... Useless would be kind at best... Drama,the useless robot proceeded to tell me that my cancellation still has not been processed and therefore no refund and that my refund will take a further 10 working days (or 14 days if you include weekends) to process... why would any body buy from this company.
This if it happens makes a potential refund 11-15 days from the date I placed in good faith for an my order Sharkninja new they could not forfill.
What a disgrace.

Ordered a top of the range 15 in 1…

Ordered a top of the range 15 in 1 Multicooker and it was supposed to arrive on Saturday 3rd Sept. DPD arrived and we weren't in but I wasn't concerned as DPD assured me they would deliver to my neighbour. They didn't and to cut a long story short, DPD decided to send it back to Ninja. This is when things started to go badly wrong. Ninja said "Terribly sorry" about 15 times but would not give a refund until they received it back. I asked them to just send me a replacement but that was too difficult too. They say they have escalated it but I am not holding my breath. Very poor service and they just don't care about their customers. They need to realise the if they use a courier like DPD, THEY are responsible for any errors and not the customer.

Missing health grill!!
I had a faulty grill so emailed then rang to report it. Was put on video call to confirm the fault and told I would be sent a returns label then a new grill would be sent out as soon as it was received at the parcel shop. That was all very well. I took the grill to the parcel shop then got 2 emails from DPD one to say it had been received by them and one to say they had received it back at shark ninja. I waited a few days and had no communication from shark ninja so I emailed them and received an apology and was told my query had been passed to the 'proper team' who would contact me. I have had no contact so have emailed again asking for the matter to be escalated to a manager. I have had no response whatsoever! I wouldn't mind but the products are really expensive and this isn't the first issue I have had. I have had vacuum cleaners which have been great for a short while but then all lost suction, I had the ninja coffee bar which broke and I was told they had stopped producing them so couldn't replace, then I have a foodi max which needs a new air fry crisp basket that they no longer have in stock and my my hot and cold blender keeps burning anything that I put on heat. This grill is the last straw. I will never buy anything from them again! Even if items worked, after care is rubbish. If I could give no stars I would. I want my grill or I'll be seeking legal advice!

Terrible everything

The only thing more damaging than a company telling untruths and breaking its promises is a company that really believes it can get away with it. WELL DONE AS YOU MUST BE A VERY PROUD COMPANY

Straight forward support

Have to say I'm impressed with SharkNinja support so far, rang up as the Foodi stopped working (absolute disaster in this house). Girl got me on a video call while I showed her the fault, "yep I can see what the issue is, let me get a replacement sorted and I'll send u the return label for this one". Job done in 10 minutes, none of this "oh you need to send it for repair/ we'll have an engineer to you a month on Tuesday" rubbish.

Excellent company to deal with and…

Excellent company to deal with and superior products. I have the cordless vacuum. It's a great machine but recently, a piece broke so I contacted Shark and they are sending me a new one. They answer emails promptly and are very efficient and helpful. I had a dyson before this and a similar situation happened but they didn't replace the piece. All my future vacuums will be sharks. So happy with the experience. Thank you Shark.

Outstanding customer experience

Had a problem with a saute pan that was about 6 months old, completed online form and within an hour had a response, supplied the info they required and got another response asking me to call their freephone number. One short call later and they have arranged a replacement. In my humble opinion this is outstanding customer service, take note BA, this is how to deal with issues.

DONT USE THEIR 3 EASY PAYMENTS!

The vacuum was Ok BUT !!!!!!!!.

The payment of three easy payments is chaos they tell you they have received the payments then chase you three months later after passing your account to a debt collection agency.

Their staff on the phone are useless !

You have money in the bank they don't collect it and then blame you obviously having the potential to affect your credit reference !

A disgusting way to do business !

Never Again will I use any Shark product again !
