I ordered some hwy bars for my Dyna. 4 weeks and still nothing. I checked the order status and says it has been recieved but not shipped. Called the customer service line and it went to a full voicemail. Going to see if I can dispute the charges with my bank.and get my money back.

Customer service is none existent cant get a return email or return a phone call about doing a product return.

Don't even sell hardware for their own pipes, that some crappy cust service, I'll be trashing mine and going with Vance and hineswhi take care of their customers!

I have the 5.0 black slip-ons on my 2024 Street Glide and they sound amazing, sound is a deep growl.

I reached out to confirm the fitment for 2 into 1 exhaust on a 2024 Street Glide, and they said it would fit. I installed it, but it doesn't fit. It touches the plastic Cam Proximity Sensor Cover, which prevents me from installing the heat shield. The way it is now will melt the cover. I contacted the company, and they asked me some questions, but when I told them it didn't fit and sent them pictures, they stopped the messages.

If I could give negative stars I would. I made a purchase a week later with no tracking # contracted they told me out of stock I've since mot got a refund a tracking # and now the phone is turned off and no response to emails or text. Don't buy fraudulent company

Bought exhaust for 2004 FXD. Was to be direct fit. Header blocked oil dipstick. Destroyed oil dipstick. Been in contact for over 8 months. Said they would build a new header and cover cost of dipstick.
Nothing done. I have all emails with fake promises. This company to me is a joke.
700.00 down the tubes. Bought new exhaust that fit from competition. Sharkroad is a waste... 0 stars

I ordered some pipes from them and didn't receive a order number but did get a tracking number. Unfortunately when I checked UPS it was invalid. Do not waste your money or time. Poor customer service and communication. I would not recommend this so called company. Save yourself the headache

Terriible customer service . I called them and it went to voice mail. Then emailed them . These folks disrespectfully texted me about their product at 2 am....
I went with abother brand

Their customer service is horrible and if you return your product they make you pay for shipping. Also I returned merchandise and i as of 6 days haven’t been refunded my money. You can never reach a human person. They text and email. DONT BUY

Was surprised with a purchase of new slip ons from sharkroad. A few months passed due to personal reasons before opening and installing. Opened box and the powder coating was flaking. No damage or usage, just flaking. Due to no customer service number I emailed and was told they cannot do anything because I had no order number. This was purchased in person at an event. Although I provided photos of proof this has not been used or even damaged, they would not do anything. Poor customer service, at this point I question their product as well.

Do not buy from these over seas mfg.

Horrible company. So not so business with them. I ordered 2 sets of fishtail pipes and got the run around about my order. Got email saying your order was sent to a warehouse in California. I live in South Carolina. They never would give me any kind of tracking number or info or answer my questions about the delay in my order. Absolutely garbage of a company. Now they took my money fast and no issues, but then give me the run around about my order. Email i just received said they'll refund me, but i saw where my order was canceled but refund not issued yet. Fraudulent company i think. No customer service. When i finally found a phone number, i called and some foreign lady answered with hello. Couldn't understand her and i thought how odd and suspicious to answer a business with hello.
We'll see if i get my refund!! Do not buy anything from this company!!!

No phone number to contact customer service. They do not answer their email or chat. China based with no US support or even China support for that matter.

This is the worst trash you can put on your bike. I received mine with the interior pipe already rusted. The chrome is rusting as well and the customer service is so disrespectful, save up a extra $100 and get a set of cobra neighbor haters off Amazon. If want nothing more than being aggravated and disappointed go ahead and order this trash product from a trash company. Dont say you wasn’t warned. This company is listed with a Los Angeles address but in reality it’s made and shipped from China. This company doesn’t stand behind the warranty stated on their website. This company doesn’t even have a customer support phone number so you have to email them and even at that is takes days to get a response. Shame on sharkroad for literally stealing the American peoples money and offer no support after the sale! Also please tell me how in the H*LL does this company have a 2.9 star rating and there is only 2 reviews and both are 1 star. That alone should make you think twice before dealing with absolutely trash people, company and definitely the products.

I have never had trouble with Two Brothers, in fact, they were so generous with me even when I didn't have a warranty with them.
SC project my dad was very happy with them...
But when my dad wanted something for his Voyager 2020, I recommended Sharkroad for the sound and everything... Boy how I regret buying from this company.
They make mistakes a lot and never compensate you, extremely late responses, bad customer service, they don't give you your right completely, they never take responsibility for their mistakes.

I highly recommend you to never buy from them. You buy your comfort not just an exhaust, save your self the trouble and look some where else.
