Had a misunderstanding about what package I was on and had to have them reset my account to gain access again. They took care of it for me quite quickly.

Sharktv.ca is the best service provider when it comes to iptv and also their customer service and products are great whenever I have an issue I can always rely on them to come to the rescue and I definitely recommend them

I have been with Sharktv for over a year and a half and it's the best iptv provider I've had and I've been doing this for over 10 years. I have both the Super 4K and Zeal (for the Canada IPTV app) which are 2 different packages. I have 2 because sometimes you need a backup because if you have been using iptv as long as I have, you know that iptv can have issues because it's not perfect and you need to be patient. There are a lot of iptv services out there that are completely junk and what I love about Sharktv is that they have developed their own servers that come with each package and I have never found anyone else that does that. If you have a good service like Sharktv, you need to have a good android box and a strong internet service. I haven't found a better iptv service than Sharktv and I like that they're based in Canada.

Great IPTV & Great Service.
I bought the 3months Fire IPTV package. Installation was so easy. Very good connection. Customer service was so helpful. They added some Channels I requested within 24 hours. I am so happy to find Sharktv.

I only bought a month because been burned before. First day of order there were red flags. When I had problems kept asking same questions what is your mac. Address you already have it that's why we are here. Takes days to get reply from them . Paid early for my renewal which expired 2 days later when I inquired as to why they tell me it's my email provider. How do they have access to you charging customers then not providing service although that IS a new one I haven't heard . These guys will have no problem taking your money then not providing service. Blaming it on your internet provider . As to why they took tour money and never provided service ....OH refunds? Forget it. #wearethieves. Update.....I have sent several emails . It has nothing to do with fights getting blocked . It's about my subscription expiring 4 days after I pay you. Again o reiterate ....THIEVES

Signed up for a month and it hasn't worked once. Terrible customer service that responds once a day, with useless repetitive recommendations. Save your time and money, look elsewhere.

I installed the app. I asked for a link from you to ensure I was using the correct version. You didn't offer that. You would give a single incomplete 5 word sentence as your instructions, which were obvious and unhelpful, like "Give us t He Mac adress" .

You responded to this post, but not my email asking for a refund or another subscription of equal price. If you had been helpful, I would've changed the score.

I’m a current customer, I only purchased 3 months (thank god) because it’s terrible! The customer service has to be the worst I’ve ever encountered. Havent even gotten to watch anything yet cause I’ve been so frustrated. DO NOT BUY

Customer service is horrible! I've waited three days for someone to help me and then finally get a half answer and ignored again! I bought a three month subscription to try it out only to be not able to use it after a week, was told I needed a vpn which then I couldn't access anything at all!

I can honestly say that this provider is top notch! They actually do care about their customers. I raised an issue in had and it was fixed on phone call. I would highly recommend.

Absolute crap, don't waste your money. Not enough time to list what is wrong with this company & it's services

I'm a customer of sharktv for over 2 years. I got the iptv subscription for my parents to watch Portuguese channels and soccer stations. I have nothing bad to say about them. Since then I have sent them 4 or 5 of my family friends as well. We have bought a box from them and we all have the super 4k package.
