The product itself is okay. But I bought a refurbished one, and it broke after 3 minutes of use. It was also a bit dirty. I bought it directly from the Shark website. I returned it, but after two months I still have not received the refund. I recommend buying it from Amazon or other websites where you know you will get your refund.

I have just got a nt691ukt, already having an earlier model for a number of years and I must say how disappointed I am in the quality of the the new model, the chassis, to the lack of quality fitment of switches, clips and cable and hose holder, it seems to perform better though but that could be because it's new, holding the two cleaners next to each other the earlier model looks better quality. The older model is definitely heavier though so changes could be to reduce weight, shark cutting corners? I would probably try a Vax next time.

I have been a customer with Shark since 2022, having a corded upright and a handheld vaccum. Recently, the suction power on the upright became weak. Having a 5 year warranty I got in touch by phone, the call wa answered within a few minutes, the agant who answered was clear with instructions and diagnosed the issue within 5 minutes. The new part was sent out the same day and received the next. Problem solved! Customer service 10/10 which is why i'll always be back.

Quite disappointed, received an email from Shark with a 10% discount code inside it which was SHRK-MK8ZK2VV72 and when I try to apply it in the basket it states this is invalid, yet in the email it says *Your 10% welcome discount code is valid until 23:59PM on 31st December 2026 was hoping to use this to purchase a new upright Shark Stratos Pet Pro Anti Hair Wrap Plus Anti-Odour XL Upright Vacuum [AZ3000UKT]

I bought aShark PowerPro Pet Cordless Stick Vacuum, with Anti Hair Wrap & Floor Detect IZ380UKT this week. The ordering process was straightforward and it arrived the next day. It was well packed using recyclable materials.
Performance so far has been excellent!
Only negative so far is that there is no suitable attachment for vacuuming stair carpets with the hand held unit, although 3 other attachments are included, one of which may be OK for this purpose.

Fantastic after care service.
I bought a shark but realised it didn’t bend to go under my sofa.
Shark sent me a replacement handle that did bend so super happy.

I have bought five of these vacs now & wouldn’t use anything else, especially as they offer 5yr guarantee.

Just bought the Shark PowerDetect NeverTouch Pro and I’m honestly disappointed — it does not support multi-floor mapping.

For a product at this price point, that feels like a major missing feature. Pretty much all robot vacuums in this range allow multiple floor maps, so this really stands out in a bad way. If you have more than one floor in your home, the robot can only remember one layout at a time. Mapping a second floor just overwrites the first, which makes it really inconvenient to use.

SHARK — please update the Shark Clean app to support proper multi-floor mapping. This is not a hardware limitation, it’s clearly a software issue. Just update the app and enable it.

Also, the “Quick Clean” (random clean) mode isn’t great, especially when mopping across different floor types. It doesn’t adapt well and feels quite basic compared to the mapped cleaning.

Overall, it works fine on a single floor, but the lack of multi-floor support really limits its usefulness in a typical home.

What happened to their customer service? I have been a Shark customer for years, bought several different vacuums from them due to my excellent experience with their customer service when things have gone wrong. Not any more. I bought the AZ3900UKTBK in Oct, a £400 vacuum and a big upgrade from my last Shark, and it stopped working last week, 5 months from purchase so well within its warranty period. Shark’s solution to this is for me to buy a box big enough for this very large vacuum and ship it back to them. Once they receive it they will send me a replacement, but not a like for like replacement, a £150 cheaper replacement with less than stellar reviews. Every time previously I’ve had an issue, either a replacement part or complete replacement shipped that day, arriving the next. No offer of compensation has been made for the price difference. They declined my offer of me accepting the inferior replacement and using that box to ship this broken one back to them. I will be looking at alternative brands from this point on.

I had brought a refurbished hand vacuum from Ebay in Dec and had nothing but problems. The seller referred me directly to shark. I spoke with a manager who had difficulty reimbursing me, so upgraded and replaced that. I inquired about broken attachments and the difficulties with my anti wrap vacuum. The manager was very empathetic and ordered a replacement.
I have to say the best customer service and all items delivered in 2 days.

Amazing customer service from shark UK, had an issue with my unit bought from amazon, shark not only replaced it but upgraded to a superior more expensive model and I'm in love with it best hoover ever used.

Genuinely the BEST customer service I have ever recieved! They went above and beyond to sort a problem out for me I could not have asked for a better solution to the problem!

Model RV2620BKUK robot vacuum/mop with self emptying base station.
After 18 months I’m not impressed with any features.
Very poorly designed mobile app. Pairing is a complete nightmare it takes multiple attempts to pair to the vacuum. The app randomly signs us out and is generally buggy.
No flexibility for multiple cleaning schedules (only able to set one per day).
No ability to set a specific cleaning direction for floors with a grain profile.
The robot itself is not designed with cleaning and maintenance in mind. The dust collection box constantly clogs up due to a bad design decision which needs taking to bits to unblock.
The robot’s routing choice is questionable at best. Often gets stuck in places it has been before and can easily get out of.
Sometimes decides to completely ignore the corners which it had cleaned the previously.
Fails to avoid some obstacles (dog toys or shoes) other times avoids them with a ridiculously wide birth.
I can’t honestly recommend these products due to poor mechanical design choices and limited functionality.

I bought a Shark Stratos cordless vacuum cleaner specifically to deal with pet hair. It works extremely well, but does need regular cleaning of the machine and filters to keep it effective. After some time the head stopped working, I had registered the cleaner when purchased and was somewhat suprised when a complete replacement cleaner was arranged. The replacement arrived but a temperamental power button made me think it was a reconditioned unit. After sometime again and now out of warranty the joint in the wand failed, customer services provided a replacement as a goodwill gesture, he promised 3-5 working day delivery, turned out to be the following day, exceptional service.

Shark Hoover is the best company I've ever dealt with. The hoover I bought a few years ago is amazing and any issues I've had with it, they're quick to resolve the issue. If there were more stars I could give I would.

Not only are the products excellent but the prices are too. Have had reason to contact their customer services via email and they could not have been more helpful. I will say though that the call I made was not handled well.

The suction on this sahrk rocket corded stick is decent but the top heavy design makes it fall over every tume I lean it against a wall

Edit: Thanks to the top notch customer service, they solved my problem by offering part or full replacement and delivered in a day. Truly remarkable, response time is almost within an hour and they are kind.

I bought a Stratos vacuum (IZ400UKTBK) about 1.5 years ago from Shark's Amazon page. First thing I realised was the battery life if you are lucky single charge will clean 2 rooms, then recently hard plastic parts which is full of these started to wear and tear, eventually came off, definitely will never go for a Shark product ever paying £250 and getting this quality is ridiculous even an cheap OEM Asian brand which we get almost a fraction of this price working well and doing most of the job.
P.S. Reaching to warranty claims is only via phone call which I hate to wait on the line.

I bought the shark Stratos cordless vacuum with anti-hair wrap item arrived after charging switching it on the brush is turned for about three seconds and then the product shut off went through the returns procedure which was a bit of a faff having to take photographs of the product number and the serial number which it says is on the back of the machine what they don’t say is that you have to remove the battery pack to find this. My battery pack came fitted on the device, you then have to take a number of photographs of the entire item along with a bit of paper with the day date written on it that was sorted posted it off replacement came a couple of days later bit of an issue on both occasions with the delivery company both times it was magically delayed from next day delivery and got it two days later but that isn’t this company‘s fault plugged it in charged it up battery with it only ever reach 75% wouldn’t charge to 100% no matter how long I left it on charge contacted the company eventually managed to speak to a person and get them to understand what I was talking about without any real problems or dramas I had a replacement battery sent out to me. This one will only charge to 80% rapidly dropping into 50 or 40% before I’m half finished vacuuming the suction is okay but it all fails a little cheap not particularly well-made especially for the prices they charge.

I purchased our first Shark IF200T for my wife in Xmas 2017 which at the time was probably the biggest mistake of our married life as she was not impressed when she unwrapped her Xmas present that year 🤬😂😂😂
However it went on for over 8 Years without a single issue and she used it every day without fail!
I did buy her the dual charger and an extra battery as she would run it dead she wouldn’t part with her old Vax Corded but that stayed in the cupboard never to see the light of day again!
8 years of abuse and heavy work loads and apart from a few replacement filters and a top cover after dropping and snapping a piece off it (and that was me) eventually the motorised head stopped working!
The smaller motorised head still worked so we knew it wasn’t the actual hoover at fault…

I cannot complain after 8 years nobody manufactures anything like that any more ☹️

So when we pondered over choosing its replacement I persuaded her to stick with the Shark and went for the equivalent new model The Stratos with all the options and Dual Battery!

What a mistake!
Honestly she hasn’t stopped complaining since the first day she used it.
It makes horrendous noises as you pull it backwards, like next doors budgie has been caught in it!
The battery life is dubious and she finds herself chasing the same piece of fluff all over the carpet until she has to detach the Vac from the wand and go in for the precision strike with the hand nozzle!

She complains constantly how it just doesn’t come close to the old IF200UK that worked perfectly for years!

I’m now having to consider buying something else as I cannot put up with the screaming budgie noise when she’s using it or her constant complaining how ineffective it is as an appliance!

I bought my battery operated upright vaccum cleaner
5 years and 9 month ago.
I have been very impressed with the efficiency of my cleaner.
Yesterday the power cord broke so I contacted customer service to order a new one.
Imagine my delight when I was adviced that they would provide a new one free of charge with nothing to pay.
Today I have had a message from the carrier that it will be delivered this afternoon!Fantastic service thank you!
