I purchased the Elephant Cuddle Pillow please be aware the measurements are from Trunk to tip of Tail thus was much smaller than photos suggested . I was disappointed with the quality and have been unable to return for a refund. Have had much correspondence with the Company but each time they just ask for more photos showing measurements and are not really interested in their customers satisfaction I feel cheated and will not use them again.
Very disappointed- my fault I ordered the wrong size but no way was what I received worth £19.99!!
I can’t really comment on the item I ordered on 15 December 2020 from this company as it never materialised! Sadly this was a Christmas present for my little Granddaughter. I have today sent an email to the company however all I received in response was a request to do this review!

Lovely product. Communication was good when sharing concerns of a delayed arrival. Eventually this product arrived and we put it down to COVID restrictions. All good. Happy customer.
Still nothing received, ordered over 10 days ago. No warning of any delays. Really disappointing
This was a f-----g rip off !!!!!!!!! The elephant delivered was tiny and bore no resemblance to the one on the advert. You have left me no alternative but to hand the matter to trading standards.

The elephant was a little smaller than I expected but lovely and soft, cuddlable and good value for money.
I have not received item yet poor service explain why item not delivered to me
