Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant and easy to speak to. I am always happy with the quality of my sympathy cards.

They were very helpful and worked with thru the entire process, I used them several years and came back and found their post card product selection to be even larger than before. I was looking for an economic way to reach my clients and this was the best choice!

The process of creating a customized card and then ordering is very easy.

I was disappointed find out well after the expected delivery date that our products (time sensitive) we not sent out on the next available business day, even though it was a Thursday. There was no notice or postings about "holiday shipping" on the website or any confirmation emails, which was not at all helpful when time sensitive products are being being delivered almost a month after placing an order. This is not acceptable. It's fine 7-10 business day, but certainly not a month!#: 97390

The billing did not make sense and was much more than originally stated when the order was placed online. Customer service was minimally helpful. AR was very helpful. Overall not a great experience and we have been using this company for a while.

My company has always dealt with Sharper cards and have no complaints about the service we receive. The only thing that I could comment about is when I place the order online and it always gives me trouble, only when choosing the rainbow bridge cards. When I go to personalize it I want the back blank and it always comes back saying needs to be personalized. Fortunately the last order I did, I was able to choose the back as blank after about 4 tries. This is my only issue. Otherwise everything is great.

Good quality cards for a great price, and even better sales and promos. We will not go anywhere else.

On my original call it took a great deal of time to get my companies custom cards ordered. When the order came, they had the wrong dentists name and phone number on it. When I phoned to get the proper ones ordered, I didn't have any issues. The person was helpful and assured me that the order would be corrected and would be to me right away. When THOSE cards came the dentists name was corrected but had the WRONG phone number. I called, and got it corrected. The person I spoke to was nice enough but I was very disappointed that after all the trouble I had to go through I had to go out of my way to ask if there was something that could be done for my time, and inconvenience for all the troubles it had caused (patients calling the wrong phone number/wrong dentist before the mistake was noticed) and was finally offered a bit of a discount/refund on my order. I don't feel like I should have had to ask for some sort of incentive to return with future business.

We've always had excellent service from Sharper Cards. The products are good value for money and the delivery is pretty fast. I have no problem recommending this company to others.

PERSON I SPOKE TO AND ORDERED THROUGH WAS VERY HELPFUL BUT THERE WAS BILLING ERRORS--ALMOST OVERCHARGED $80 AND BECAUSE THE BILLS ARE SPLIT WE ALMOST MISSED OVERCHARGE.-SB
