Found ordering on website some what confusing, did not find it user friendly. Staff was helpful, and cleared up an issue quickly

My only criticism is that my order was sent in two shipments but the invoice from the first shipment made no indication of that and when the order was placed there was no indication there would be more than one shipment. It made for a slightly confusing order and I actually had to email the company to make sure I was going to receive the rest of my order.

We have ordered cards from Sharper for years, and have never been disappointed. If we every have any customer care questions, they are always answered... and we've gotten great discounts for just calling to inquire.

We ordered custom gift bags for our office with our business logo and the image I had uploaded was of poor quality/resolution and I received an email right away informing me and asking for an image of higher resolution-the customer service was great and I'm glad there was quality control. The bags came in and they are exactly as we had hoped. We will definitely reorder when the time comes.
