Thank you Jack Breach! After a job was left unfinished by another fitter, Jack stepped in and finished the job to a very high standard, AND over a Saturday/Sunday to ensure everything was finished on time. Really nice guy and a very good asset to Sharps. Fantastic service, high quality and absolutely happy to recommend!

We are very dissapointed with the service we have received. A lovely gentleman came to our property to show us what was available and readily took a deposit of over £1000 for new wardrobe installation. When the surveyor visited our property yesterday morning he disagreed with the original design completed and changed it. Whilst we could accept the changes we were then horrified to learn that the fitters do not remove any of the original walk in wardrobe and that is a job you expect us to do.

Firstly, we have a newborn baby, both have full time jobs and do not have time to do this never mind the skill or expertise to remove fitted furniture. We also have no means to dispose of huge mirror doors and would need to hire a van. When paying £4000 for a service I would expect that to be included like it has been with every other work we have had completed in our house.

We were then told we had to flip the bed on its side before they would consider installing the wardrobe. Our bed cost £3000 and is super king, its heavy and I am uncomfortable to tip it on its side and potentially damage it. We also have a cot in the room, I am not risking damage to anything for our newborn baby. We have also been asked to remove the carpet for us to reinstall afterwards. Again, there is a large expectation for us to do the majority of the work which is completely unacceptable.

This all should have been explained to us before we were encouraged to pay a huge deposit.

Sharps than do not reply or care that we have cancelled the order and we are still waiting for a refund!

Our new bedroom furniture has been fitted to a high standard by Danny Hilton in 3 days as opposed to the projected 4 days. Danny was very helpful with useful suggestions and arranged to swap a cabinet which was too big for the next size down. Danny was friendly, arrived on time, answered all my questions and cleaned up each evening. He worked really hard to get the job completed before the weekend so that we could move back in.
All waste is neatly stacked up outside awaiting collection.
The whole process, design, delivery and fitting has been well managed and communication with the customer is excellent.

I had some wardrobes and a media wall fitted by Kevin Thornley and he did a very professional job. He was punctual and left my house very clean and tidy. I am very happy with my Sharps furniture

All went smoothly regarding delivery of furniture. An unforeseen issue with start date which concerned me but was rectified by SHARPS and they found a fitter to start the day after. The fitter - Paul Goodchild was prompt each day. Cleaned up the room at the end of each day! I had a few questions as the work progressed, which Paul answered and spoke to SHARPS on my behalf. Paul did a SUPERB job despite having to deal with a slightly uneven floor - thats old houses for you! I am very happy with the finished product and the attention to detail. Time was taken by Paul when all fitted, to clean it all perfectly ready for all my stuff to go back in the room.

Process from design to installation was seamless. Materials arrived couple of days before and nothing missed. Fitter was Steve Pearse and was outstanding . Other trades people to the house this week have all said that they have never seen anything so well done. His attention to detail was brilliant! Puts in long days to get the job done and minimise disruption. First class job!! Thank you

Fitted Wardrobes

Quality service from start to finish. Laura Gilmour the fitter provided an excellent service. She was always prompt, conscientious and efficient. The end result was exactly what we wanted….brilliant!!

We’re extremely happy with the work carried out by Andreas Gherman . From start to finish, he was professional, reliable and paid great attention to detail. He was also friendly, helpful and a pleasure to have around. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and would definitely use him again.

We had an absolute nightmare dealing with Charlie in the Leicester region.

From the outset, we were given misleading information about the installation. We were told it would take just one day, that Sharps would remove our existing wardrobes, and there was no mention that we would need to completely clear the room, including moving both our furniture and our child’s furniture.

We were also charged for additional items without our consent, including lights for the wardrobes, despite there being no suitable sockets in the room.

After raising our concerns with the Regional Manager, we were told that Charlie was only three weeks into his role and had been over-promising and overly confident with customers. Whilst we appreciated the explanation, it did not excuse the experience we had.

Unfortunately, things then took another turn during the removal of our existing wardrobes. Charlie FaceTimed the contractor and referred to our job as a “nightmare”. I raised this with his manager, who subsequently told me that Charlie denied making the comment.

Despite the poor experience at the beginning, what has prevented us from giving Sharps a one-star review is the installation team. The gentleman who installed our wardrobes was fantastic — professional, helpful and a credit to the company. The two gentlemen who delivered the wardrobes were also excellent.

Overall, the actual product and installation were good, but the sales experience left a lot to be desired. I would strongly suggest that Sharps invest more time in training and supporting new members of staff, perhaps through a period of buddying or supervised sales, rather than allowing new sales staff to manage customers independently before they are fully experienced.

Hopefully, this feedback will be taken constructively, as the installation team demonstrated that Sharps clearly has some excellent people representing the company.

From start to finish the experience was clearly explained, our ideas for what we wanted listened and acted upon. we wanted a media centre built with cupboards and drawers. The initial appointment at our house was helpful and all costs explained. there was no pressure put on us. From then on everything was timely and the fitter exemplary. Shout out to Fielding Andrews( work number 7308) who was a friendly, hard working young man, who did his utmost to ensure all went smoothly.. cleaning up at the end of the day and his attention to detail was second to none. We have no hesitation in recommending both Sharps and Fielding for any work in the future.

I’m delighted with the new fitted wardrobes. John was a professional and worked efficiently to install them. That’s perfect.

Absolutely brilliant service from Sharps, especially Julian Lord, who installed and built my wardrobes. He was professional, friendly and extremely precise with his work. He took great care throughout the installation and made sure everything was finished to a very high standard.

I had a first rate fitter to fit my media wall; Manuel Da Silva. He has done an excellent job and his attention
to detail was brilliant. A couple of sockets I had were out of alignment with one of my media wall cabinets and
Manuel move and rewired them to fit. He really is a grafter and his workmanship speaks for itself. To do all
the work involved himself in 4 days was absolutely amazing and when my TV wire was a bit short to connect
to my Sky box Manuel picked me up a new one. I cannot praise him highly enough and I would certainly request
him again. He tidied up every night and hoovered If I could give him 10 stars I would!!!
