I recently completed my SVQ3 certification with Sharp Training. My assessor, Nichola was professional to the core and also amazing from start to finish. Her guidance was superb and top notch, she's knowledgeable and approachable.Her feedback on every assessment was very impactful,and always available anytime she was needed.I would highly recommend sharp Training and especially Nichola for anyone looking forward to starting their SVQ.

Tracy was super lovely and very respectful while in a service users house carrying out an observation on a colleague, our service user actually made the point of saying 'she was lovley to chat with and seems genuinely very nice'

I’m very grateful to my SVQ3 teacher, Tracy, for all the support she gave me throughout my learning. She was patient, understanding, and always ready to guide me whenever I needed help. Tracy made the course much less stressful and far more enjoyable, and her encouragement gave me the confidence to keep going. My experience was great because the team showed genuine care and respect for learners. Communication was open and supportive, which made it very easier to complete assessment effectively. The Tracy is great for SVQ training. It's really good at helping you learn and develop skills, so I'd tell anyone looking to improve their skills through SVQ training to use it.

My experience with sharp training towards the SVQ3 certification was nostalgic.
Tracy is a very good assessor and she won't take a shody job in the name of assignment,she made sure I was thorough and it has made me a better support worker.

My experience was indeed great during my just concluded SVQ level 2 with this company because I got a lot of encouragement especially from Tracy because she was never tired and always ontime responding to me either via mail or sms of "not too clear " questions given. This is a sure Tested and Trusted company.

I had been struggling with personal and health issues for some time and found the prospect of working towards this required qualification daunting to say the least. The company were patient with my poor computer skills as well as my health issues, which dragged on, worsening to hospitalisation.

They kept up their contact and were supportive at every turn, and my wobbles were many.

I had been on a journey of SVQ2 for a couple of months ago, and it's been an amazing journey for me, and I'm glad to say that I've completed it successfully.
