Bought the Premium Starter kit Luxe
Bought the Premium Starter kit Luxe, was delivered within a week. I followed the available instructions on the website but it was a pretty simple process. As someone doing my own biab for the first time, it took two hours as I had a few chips that I needed to use the forms to fill with the biab before going in with the all over coats. The little set is so convenient and the product feels incredibly sturdy. I can imagine being able to do a full set in less than an hour with more practice. The biab has a great consistency and self-levels very well. So happy with my new ability to save money from salon visits every 3-4 weeks.

Very poor customer service setvices
I am a senior citizen in the UK. I bought a lot of products from SHATY Nl in good faith. They arrived with two copies of written NL instructions which I cannot read nor understand. I requested a written copy in English and was refused telling me I can only access instructions online!
I had in writing explained that I am a 70 year old Pensioner I spent a lot of money for these products and I cannot use them ax I do not have should Internet access. ! I did explain to them how my living circumstances are a bit unusual. I live on a boat and rely solely on my mobile phone. Data signal is often non existent and I may have to walk a mile or two to get even an intermittent signal as I have now, so online instructions are of no use to me. Their written response was “we cannot ship a manual” it is hardly a hardback manual with 100’s of pages that weighs several kilos and would cost a fortune to send! It is more like 2 or 3 sheets of copy paper that would fit in a standard envelope and cost the price of.a stamp to post - which incidentally I did offer to cover the cost of! . They are unwilling to help, totally inflexible and have cost a senior citizen a lot of money for products I cannot use and have no way of knowing if there are any health and safety issues I need to be aware of!!
For all they know I might love this product and be a good returning customer! I wlll certainly never know as I cannot use them and have spent a lot of money for products I have no instructions for! Surely it is common and best business practice if you sell overseas to include written. Instructions in the language of the country to whom you are sending your products? Also to take for granted that absolutely everyone has unlimited access to the internet is rather naive even I. This day and age. But for a customer to lay down their difficulties and ask for help with a simple solution and be outright refused is really bad business! What would have been so difficult to make one exception?

However, we would like to clarify that we do not state anywhere that physical English manuals are included. All our manuals are produced in advance and are available digitally in multiple languages, including English. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to provide printed copies afterwards.
That said, we have made several attempts to assist you, including sending PDF files, directing you to our website, and even helping to find a place where you could print the instructions. We understand that this was not all feasible for you, but we did our best to support you within our possibilities.
We regret that this did not lead to a satisfactory outcome, and we will certainly take your feedback into account internally.
