con artists free tester from vodafone. never made clear they signed me up for a subscription. then its not possible to cancel online you have to speak to a call center who take all your details to sell to every one on the internet.

Deceiving and poor quality

I signed up for the free (£2.95) trial it from my Vodafone app.
It was never made clear that I was signing up for a subscription.
If it wasn’t for the fact that this is the worst razor I’ve ever used in my life, and I was curious to read other people’s reviews/ make a complaint, I wouldn’t have found out until I’d already been charged and more poor quality shaving equipment was posted to me.
This is a very misleading offer from both Vodafone and shavekit. The wording should be changed or the offer removed.
The website has a members area where you can “manage” your subscription, but a rather annoying phone call is necessary to actually cancel it.

Signed up inadvertently through vodafone, found the number easy enough on the website to cancel the subscription, Fritch the young man that I spoke to couldn’t have been more helpful, courteous and friendly explained everything thoroughly, such a pleasure to deal with

I received a free trial (£2.95) via Vodafone. No mention about having to creat an account & having to cancel any membership which I haven’t agreed to. Now receiving emails with regards to next order so I will be refusing to pay & contacting my bank for unauthorised transactions.

I feel scammed

I feel scammed. Ordered a trial kit from my Vodafone app. Shavekit have now taken £17.10 from my bank account. What a rip off. Disgraceful and not a good way to try and attract customers.

You had a 10% discount which meant the cost was actualy £17.10. It was shipped after your selection, on the 11th. A total scam from these people and Vodaphone.

I’m so annoyed! I wanted to claim the £2.95 trial kit and your website has signed me up to regular deliveries.

No one picks up the phone and the website is not clear if the cancellation has gone through.

Also facebook message doesn’t work. These people are uncontactable.

We always pick up the phone when we can from early morning, to 11pm, if we cant, you'll have an option to email us for a fast response. We try to respond quickly via email too. Facebook messages do usually work, not sure what you mean about that, but we find email better.

Your cancellation went through fine, I had a look and you emailed at 5:38pm, we replied in under 5 minutes, at 5:41pm! We resolved your issue and apologised for the short delay soon after.

Avoid - bait company, impossible to cancel

Disappointed with the quality of the product. Not recommended.
Bait company that makes it impossible to
cancel without calling a number.

Really would avoid a company like this that uses underhand tactics of preventing customers from managing their accounts. (Very similar to what Amazon were taken to court for a few years ago).

Great experience

The products I had received for the time being were absolutely great.. No complaints at all!!
The cancellation process was super easy.. Fritch assisted me on the phone, was super straight forward and polite couldn’t ask for a better experience :)

Excellent service both with ordering and cancelling the product. No issues at all with th product, only reason for cancelling was due to personal outgoings. The gentleman who dealt with my call this evening was quick, efficient and very polite. Great customer service

Not often you get something for free from a large company.

Recently received an offer from shave kit to send a shave kit to someone who would be very grateful for a free kit from them. I have given them the name and address of a very grateful recipient who will be very pleased to receive this free offer. Other companies take note it doesn’t cost that much to give a small bit back to help people.
