I initially ordered the wrong size batteries for my Braun Series 1 shaver. I realised when they arrived and rang Electrospares. I was advised to return the wrong ones to them, adding a note inside with the details of the correct batteries that I needed. I did this and the correct ones were delivered very quickly with no charge for the delivery despite the error being entirely mine. Good old fashioned service that is hard to get these days. Highly recommended!

I ordered a replacement part after discussing the part and sending photos.
The part was arrived and was incorrect and I returned it at my cost.
The correct part was then recieved.
All good in the end.

I have a Panasonic wet / dry shaver that I have had for some time. I have always used it as a wet shaver for convenience and speed. Recently I noticed more stubble in the evenings and decided I needed to change some bits. ShaverSpares had Panasonic replacement foil and cutters at a good price. These were purchased over the net and arrived within a couple of days. When fitted and used – I had forgotten how good and close a shave this product produced. Well done ShaverSpares - 5 stars all round!

Have bought the replacement heads before and Intend to buy again. The quality of the heads are as good as the original heads - they are made by Remington. The ordering on the website was simple and the delivery arrived safely and payment was through Pay Pal - We are happy.

Quick turnaround even over a weekend. Prices very comparible. I've used them before and will do so again.

Good price for replacement Braun S7 shaver head, arrived very quickly (either next day or the one after). Good communications. Happy customer. I did have a problem getting my debit card to work, so payed using PayPal.

Repalcement heads looked indentical to the old ones. In use they started to pull the whiskers - fairly painful Tried a few times and no improvement. Complained and told they take a while to "bed in" - I've never had this problem before. Then told cannot replace them as they are a health and safery issue. Absolute rubbish so if I bought a £300 razor and it was faulty cannot be refunded!!!! Offered me a partial refund and said I could keep the razor head!! What for it is faulty!!! Said I wanted a full refund or I would start a Moneyclaim issue!! No response!!

Ordered a USB shaver socket. I deliberately searched the web to find one that was a more well-built expensive upmarket product.
However the one sent was a cheaper version and not as displayed on the Electrospares website.
I will not use them again as you cannot rely upon them sending you what you have paid for.

Ordered a shaver part, came within a couple of days. Had a query with the part, spoke to Andrew who was really helpful.

Brilliant service. Ordered spare shaver head for my old Braun series 3 on Xmas day! Received same day acknowledgement and despatch confirmation and it arrived in the post on the 29th

I found their site shaver-spares was really useful, it listed the shaver model numbers clearly, I have an old Braun model 3 and wasn't 100% certain of the part needed but my shaver model number was clearly referenced.

Additionally they were slightly cheaper than other sites for the part and it arrived promptly and works perfectly.

I ordered a replacement head for a Braun electric shaver from this company.

Asked about fixing the part, courteous reply, then placed order, and upon mail confirmation, told them my shaver model number and could they double check I had ordered the right part (have been known to get it wrong) with an immediate confirmation that it was indeed correct.
