Contacted them by email Steve called me back very quickly and advised me the part that was needed to repair my shaver, price was very good, arrived in a few days fitted the razor fine it is like new again, would not hesitate to use again Thanks again Steve

Steve responded to my initial enquiry about a repair very quickly and advised me of the best way to proceed. I posted the shaver, had an email within a an hour or so of its receipt and agreed on the repair. The fixed shaver was sent back the next day and arrived the day after that. Everything works perfectly and the work was carried out at very reasonable cost.

Cannot fault the service. I sent shaver for repair - it had stopped working altogether. Steve rang me daily to update me on progress. He initially thoroughly cleaned the shaver head, which got the shaver going again, but after testing it over 2 days he found there was still a problem with the electronics/charging and that I needed a new shaver body. Once i accepted the very reasonable quotation, the shaver was returned to me the next day.

Yet again, Steve bailed me out with a foil for my Braun shaver. First class service and delivery.

Posted off on a Saturday morning, received email Sunday lunchtime to say repaired and would be posted back received on the Tuesday, 4 day turn around.
The quality and service provided was brilliant and many British companies could take a lesson from this company on how to do real customer service.

I sent off an older Braun shaver for a battery replacement. Steve emailed to say it had arrived & batteries replaced & on test. A couple of days later he phoned to say it will be posted & a few tips to keep the battery in best condition. In less than a week the shaver had been sent, repaired & used. Marvellous service

First time using these guys, Came across them online purely by luck while searching shavers for a gift for my dad. Checked Trustpilot first and seen they had good reviews. And they were all right. My order arrived very quick even when ordering at Christmas. Well impressed. When I start shaving with a razor I will buy from these guys myself. ( now I just use my head shaver!) :-)

Very impressed. The cheapest I could find online including postage and they included a bundle of other goodies as well. I would use them again without hesitation.

Bought a Double Edged butterfly razor from them last year, and contacted them to advise it was broken, and if I could purchase parts to fix. Without asking for it, they have offered to send a replacement razor free of charge, even going to the trouble of finding my account and address without asking me for it.

Top company and will definitely be recommending and using them again.

Shaving Shack's own brand Journeyman double edged razor is very high quality - I got one for Christmas and delivery was very fast and it was well packaged. Great value too. Their website is easy to navigate. Would definitely buy from them again.

Now for the razor. First shave and I'm very impressed, great weight and super smooth finish. Looks fabulous. Very easy to change the blade too.
Like I've said before a good shaving cream makes all the difference. Also Shaving Shack do a great points award on purchases saving you pounds on your next buy and even better if you combine it with one of the discounts they offer.

I ordered a Scimitar Razor and it arrived the next day (post free) with some free shaving cream. The shave is brilliant with the cream. I have purchased a number of razors in the past but none have matched this. I also bought a cut throat at the same time but don't think there will be any need to try this now!!

Just bought my 1st safety razor a Edwin Jagger Double Edge DE89L - Lined Handle from Shaving Shack and it was so simple from start to finish. Arrived 2 days after ordering it a long with my free gifts. Will def use again.

Well laid out web site, good selection of items, up front with costs and shipping.

I know nothing about “proper” shaving as a) I’m female and b) my shaving regions don’t require anything more than a Bic disposable!
However, my husband decided he wanted to move from his Gillette to a safety razor for Christmas and I stumbled across the Shaving Shack.
From my very first question, I’ve had nothing but support, advice, and suggestions from a very patient member of staff called Dan. He emailed me promptly, was very courteous, never condescending (despite my complete ignorance) and helped me obtain everything my husband needed to begin wet shaving with a safety razor.
We’re fast approaching May and my husband’s birthday. He’s decided he wants to upgrade his razor and once again, Dan came to my rescue. He definitely seemed to remember me from Christmas, despite dealing with 100s of other strangers in the last five months. And once again, he helped me tremendously. Even down to correcting my approximate measurements of a brush head to fit into a drip stand. I have come into contact with many customer service agents who would not have divulged that there was a problematic 0.5mm making the stand redundant.
So I’m nothing less than highly impressed by this company and the staff. All my goods have been safely packaged and promptly delivered for a very nominal £3 fee.
