They did not send product until i send cancellation notice. They shipped it regardless next morning. Refuse to refund full amount, even when is in their cancellation policy.

Pathetic.
Received the bag with damage.
It's been more than a month still no luck.
This should be considered as fraud and this should be banned here .
Any advise How can I get my money back.

DO NOT USE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. They do not do as they say on the website. 3-5 actually takes 2 weeks. And to make it laughable they say they can not control shipping do to weather. Give me a break. Oh they did offer me a 10% payment for the problems they caused. This company is a joke and as many others say it should be put out of business.

BUYER BEWARE!!! This company should be put out of business. They have the worst customer service. Product came damaged and smelled bad. The backpack looks cheap too. The representative was not taking responsibility and was negotiating crediting a small amount of $ back. Paid for expedited shipping and it took longer than promised. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!

Awful SCAM SCAM SCAM ... Quality of the backpack i ordered was awful.. it ripped on first use .. they only agreed to refund 50% of the fee as said it costs $20 to rtn it to them..and this was after numerous emails back and forth . The actual bag was totally different to the advertised bag and it was advertised on Facebook ..

Bought 2 pairs of shorts that were extra small even though I ordered Large and very poor quality. They offered to return $11.00 of my order which was a joke.

i ordered the premium anti-theft laptop backpack with usb port - black that i saw on an advertisement on facebook, but what i received was of a much lower quality item with less features while using cheap material. when contacting their support i tried to see if they can send me the item i desired but they constantly avoided the issue. This company preforms a Bait and Switch.

I wish I'd checked here before I impulsively ordered the "Premium Anti-theft Laptop Backpack with USB Port × 1". It was not "premium" but very cheaply made. It is not "anti-theft" as the zippers are cheap and you can't lock it. It is clearly not as advertised. The USB Port is just a hole and a standard USB cord. And it took a month for it to get to me, presumably from China. No response from the company about returning it.

Worst customer service, order a pair of shorts, feature, and style is nothing like what it is advertised online, i asked for refund, they asked me for returning fee of $ 20 us. I need to file a complaint to online antifraud, consumer protection board of canada.

Do Not Lose your money. Stay away from this place. Total scam. You order and that is it I considered it a donation to a scam artist. They even go as far as sending you a bs tracking number and everything. Someone needs to look into this company.

Worst company I have ever dealt with.
Ordered a backpack:
Arrived three weeks late.
Wrong product sent.
Product sent was faulty.
Said I had to pay $20 shipping to return even though it was their fault.
Offered to send replacement then next day said it was against their rules!
Must be the rule to ripoff customers.

Ordered bags even paid for express post never arrived. They reckon out of stock, I asked for a refund now no communication. Total scam ,do not shop with them.About to pass it on to legal.

Asked what had happened to the cap sack I ordered. They claim that they will send it. Do I have to discard my Visa card and get at new one?

Purchased flickering light bulbs over 2 months ago & still haven't received them. After countless times trying to contact them I have finally decided to give up. This website needs to be taken down to protect others!

Wouldn’t even give 1 star but had to to start. Also ordered flickering light bulbs. Every email , phone is invalid what a scam. Don’t buy from these dirt bags.

Never received my light bulb I purchased. Sent them an email, and it got sent back. It wasn't received and was rejected. I really was pumped to try that fire light bulb out at my Bistro. Was gonna buy more if they worked well. Feel like I was scammed. Only thing I've ever purchased that didn't make it to me. 😠

Never recieved product. Email on website is no good. No one ans at the number listed. Company listed in Canada, web site list London, shipping from China. Scam company with no contacts.
