Worst ever!!!!
after 4 months of the *keratin treatment*, my hair is breaking like *Laccha Shemai*
filed a complaint to them and they're like "oh, the warranty period is over", "THAT stylist doesn't have any bad reviews yet", "you must have taken a bad service from somewhere else" blah blah!
AM I THE LIAR NOW?

I ordered an AC fitting service from Sheba. After their fitting, in a few days all the gas leaked out. I had to spend 5k more for the gas and had to get the guys from the AC company to fix this for me. Not ordering anything again.

Sheba.xyz is a completely fraudulent company. We gave them our microwave oven for repair, and after just 2 days it stopped working again. They replaced the parts with second-hand items but charged us a huge amount — 4,000 Taka for parts and service. Their service is extremely unprofessional, dishonest, and misleading. They only care about money, not customer satisfaction. Please do not trust them or take any kind of service from this company. They are 100% fraud!

Horrible service. They make false promises about their service, keep details hidden, they don't tell you the things that are not included in their service — regular things that you expect to have included. I ordered their cleaning service and they started adding extra charges after coming to the spot for things that should've been included in the package. I ordered their home shifting service and they put up a charge of 25,000 for pickup truck, laborers and detaching and setting up 4 fans and a geezer. They didn't even provide a breakdown for the charges — what's being charged for the pick-up truck, how much is being charged for the laborers and what not. Their support agents try to sell you services they don't even provide, services their contractors deny to deliver.

I recently took a house shifting service from Sheba.xyz, and it was horrible experience for me. During the contract, they made many promises, but in reality, they did not fulfill any of them. They promised to send 8 laborers, but only 4 arrived, and none of them were professional. The laborers behaved poorly and even argued with my mother. Due to the shortage of workers, my belongings were not properly moved. They also promised to use bubble wrap for protection, but that was not done either. In some cases, I even had to help with the work myself. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with their service and would advise others to be cautious.
