SCAM SITE I paid 39.95 for a dress that was…

I paid 39.95 for a dress that was scheduled to arrive 11/14/25. On the 16th o emailed support @ shecurve. Com and they said it was just sent and they'd give me tracking shortly. Two days later they send a tracking site I had never heard of, and the number j entered said nonexistent. They claim it takes a day or two to show up..
Many days later still the same.
Now I see this site😔

False measurement guides. Customer service won’t exchange items and will only replace the item with same exact item instead of a different style that might fit better. When I stated that the item wouldn’t work at all, they offered me a $20 dollar refund on an order that was almost $90 dollars.

The products are obviously coming from…

The products are obviously coming from China. I made and order MONTHS ago, 1 piece of the order showed up 2 months after the order was made and none of the other pieces have even been shipped over 3 months later!! The bra that I did received was not AT ALL what the advertised bra looks like and is made of terrible cheap materials. There is no way to contact them, the phone number doesn’t work and they don’t answer emails. It’s a total scam!!!

Amazing

The customer service at SheCurve has exceeded my expectations. After receiving an order that did not fit, I reached out to SheCurve and requested a smaller size. In a remarkably short time, a representative responded, offering to send a replacement in the correct size and graciously allowing me to keep the larger item to share with a friend. I have never encountered such exceptional customer service. SheCurve's commitment to customer satisfaction is impressive, and I will continue to be a loyal customer.

Stay away

I don’t even think this is a real company. I would give zero stars if possible I never received my bra. There’s a phone number to contact customer service but it’s a fake number. I think it’s a big scam when I try to track my package. It comes up with some Chinese letters, stay away from this company.

If I could’ve given it a zero I would have. Total SCAM! It took a month to arrive. Didn’t fit. Emailed same day I received for return address. Waited two weeks while they bartered to refund $10 $20 and keep the bra. I found an address online that was close to me as she said it would take awhile to find a warehouse close to me for return.
I returned it to that warehouse address. Provided tracking number and address and they just stopped communication. I wish I would’ve read this before I spent my money. 😩

I ordered the wrong size

I ordered the wrong size, and within 2 days, they confirmed they would send me the correct size at no charge. Easy to deal with and very good communication regarding my exchange. Fabric lovely and soft, will definitely order again.

I have ordered two times from this…

I have ordered two times from this company. The first time everything was great and fit perfectly. The second time my bras were a little too big. I reached out to customer service. I believe it was Haily she replaced my bra free of charge and told me to keep the other one that was a too big and gave me a $10 voucher for the inconvenience. I am very satisfied and will indeed shop at SheCurve again in the future.

I ordered 2 and it took almost a month to get them. I contacted their customer service chat. Ask if they could give me an update on where my order was. The only tracking number they gave me told me nothing except it reached a airport in China. I waited and waited for an update. So I contacted them via a online live chat. Here is the best part. They wanted me to give them my credit card information to sign up for this tracking service. It would give me an answer. I told them no way I would do that. I had already paid for my order. I shouldn't have to pay to find out where it is. I did receive my bras yesterday. They are soft just like they say. As for support, they don't. The shoulder straps slide off my shoulders.
Anyway, I will be surprised if this even gets posted but that's ok. I have it saved. Save your money if you a plus size woman.
