Bogus company

I ordered two bras on March 8. I still haven’t received them. I’ve reached out multiple times to the support email with the same automated response of we are looking into your order for speedy processing and you will hear from us within 72 hours. It’s been 96 hours since the first email was sent and I still haven’t heard anything from them.
Honestly I wish I would have looked at the reviews. I would have never bought from them. Please. BUYER BEWARE! You will not get your product or your money back! Don’t do it

Please never buy from this store, it doesn't even squeeze anything, the fabric is so common, I wanted to return the product because it didn't fit and take a long time to answer, first they said yes and then no, please don't buy from this cheap store and it comes from China.

I thought I would give shecurve one more try, and regretted it once I got ny items the models they use are look quite convincing, I won't be fooled again. If you do order any bras, size up at least 3 sizes. And the company doesn't dben tell you when your order gets delivered, delivery took forever.

So my experience has been the same as others listed here smh. Ordered on 2/15 & 2/20, with tracking provided by the Shop app. Website chat has been disabled due to extremely high order intake. Emailed and received a fake chat response smh. Still no order received or tracking number. Lies and more lies!!!

0 Stars, took money, didn't get item

If I could, I'd leave 0 stars! They had a promotional deal of buy one, get one about $10 cheaper. I essentially paid for two items but only received one. I have tried the live chat which is not working and I have tried emailing. The email sends you an automated response letting you know that they are looking into the issue but you never hear back.

Worst customer service no refunds do not order off this site or any sites advertised on Facebook... I also ordered of fewlingirl and it ran way short and they make u pay to pack and return and they want me to send pictures and all this before sending it back and then I don't even know if I send it back if I'll actually even get a refund. Terrible scams! Facebook should be held accountable!

Finally received tracking info (coming for Wuhan)

When product arrived it was not in packaging and had no tags!!! For all I know it could have been 2nd hand worn by someone else.

No order received- Company lied

I placed an order on 12.31.24 and still have not received it. I got an email 2 days ago saying I did receive it on 01.19.25 and they have my signature. That is not true. I went on their website TODAY, 02.20.25, and the order shows "preparing to ship". Also, I ordered fleece tights! Why would anyone have to sign for 2 pair of tights. The order was just under $47.00 and at this point, I just want an immediate refund for order # 647165. I have a video recording on my phone that shows today's date on the phone and the status of the order as not haven shipped because it's still being prepared. They lied and the fact that I can check it on their website and prove that they are lying is diabolical. I will never shop SHECURVE again. I'm prepared to upload the video proving they are lying on themselves and me, Just tell me where to upload the video. I never received anything, signed for anything and I DARE SHECURVE to produce my signature. That's a lawsuit of forgery that you don't want. Do better SHECURVE.

Purchased items a month ago and still not sent

I ordered 3 shapewears a month ago. I haven't received them, nor a tracking number. I've emailed them 4 times! No replies. Their address is SUPPOSEDLY in the USA where I live. So it shouldn't take this long. And if they're REALLY LEGIT, I should have gotten replies from my emails. If they ARE legit, their customer service is phucked! I suggest NO ONE PURCHASES from them! Don't lose your money too.
