BEWARE OF THIS BRAND

⚠ WARNING: Effective 2025/06/06, We have discontinued cooperation with SHEDOLL, but will keep it listed to inform potential buyers about their "unique" business practices.

SHEDOLL has shipped our latest order to the wrong address, and refuses to fix the problem, let alone compensate the impacted customer, despite bearing the full responsability regarding this mistake.

We stand by our customers and fully support them no matter what. We believe in partnerships with trustworthy and honest manufacturing partners, and do not tolerate such neglectful and unlawful behaviors which should be documented.

We strongly advise against purchasing a product from the SHEDOLL brand elsewhere, as no aftersale service or potential refund will be issued, assuming some issues were to arise.

As the official online platform for SHEDOLL, we would like to clarify the following:

First and foremost, Fine Love Dolls has never been an authorized vendor or official partner of the SHEDOLL brand, nor have they ever communicated or interacted with us through our online platform.

In this particular case, Fine Love Dolls contacted one of SHEDOLL’s overseas vendors via WeChat and voluntarily placed an order with that vendor. The vendor then submitted the order to the SHEDOLL factory for production.

Throughout the entire process—from production and quality control to delivery to the logistics company—the SHEDOLL factory did not make any mistakes. The issue arose from miscommunication between Fine Love Dolls and the vendor, which resulted in the package being sent to the wrong address and subsequently led to an unpleasant dispute. In summary, this was a conflict between Fine Love Dolls and the vendor. However, since the vendor is not listed on Trustpilot, Fine Love Dolls redirected their dissatisfaction toward the SHEDOLL brand. This matter has absolutely nothing to do with the quality of our products or the services provided by our online store. We feel deeply helpless about Fine Love Dolls’ actions.

We will continue to focus our efforts on product development and innovation, with updates shared on our official blog (www.shedollstudio.com). We also hope Fine Love Dolls you can dedicate more of your energy to customer service and business operations.
