Ordering was easy but it took along…

Ordering was easy but it took along time for the order to be dispatched called customer service and a very helpfully Gentleman called Ben sorted this out for me and I received the order within 3 days Thank you Ben

Very helpful staff

Both James and Wendy have been very helpful. Having been given the wrong measurements they took back the original order to allow a replacement order of the right size.
Delivery (and collection) has been very straight forward.
Looking forward to receiving shed 2 next week.

Certifications

I was looking for some certification for some of the previous items we had ordered, and wendy was extremely helpful and quick in her responses.

My initial order was not what I had…

My initial order was not what I had intended so I could not start my job. Sheds UK were incredibly helpful in resolving a problem of my own making . In particular Ben was fantastically helpful with great communication and attention to details . Thanks to all at sheds UK.. impressed!

Great company to deal with ordered a shed late January asked to be kept to middle of March which was not a problem
Unfortunately due to my house buyer pulling out last minute I don’t require the shed atm
Wendy was so helpful from the start and said I can delay delivery or get a full refund
Which was very much appreciated

So the shed was put up today I can say…

So the shed was put up today I can say they were a nice and pleasant bunch of lads . They put it up took a farewell was and did a good job, as I was really worried after I read the bad reviews and it wasn't a cheap shed . The only thing I would suggest if you have it standing outside wrapped up for a while take the plastic off because mine was full of mold. We've had to just wipe it over and it was soaking wet so in now needs to dry out. We bought it on the third of January but wasn't put up to the 25th of February because of the weather they would behind. In my experience I couldn't fault them apart from the time frame wait. (8x10 shiplap) I only get four stars because of the time we had to wait for them to be put up over six weeks and because of the mold. My parents could never as opened it as they were elderly.

Poor Quality shed. Excellent customerservice

Shed wasn't of the standard we expected for the money and when we started to erect it the door did not fit! I contacted Sheds and spoke to Wendy Shepherd who was very helpful. She arranged for the collection of the shed and a full refund of my money. Carolyn Boardman

Change of order

I had placed an order for a shed which included installation. We had changed our minds about the installation and I sent an email on the Friday evening to request cancellation of this part of our order. On Monday morning I had received a response to say that the installation part of the order had been cancelled. Thank you very much to Wendy for dealing with my request in a prompt, professional and friendly manner which is really appreciated. Great customer service.

Terrible Summer House company

We purchased a summer house and followed all the prerequisite instructions for sealing the summer House with 2 coats of a market leading preservative and paid extra for a upgraded roof felt
After 18 months there was water ingress in several places and after multiple emails to their customer service department were fobbed off with the advise to contact the manufacturer
We had the misfortune to be put in touch with a rather rude lady Wendy at their overarching company Sixty Stores who didn’t appear to care less and fobbed us off at all costs and told us to speak to the manufacturer directly!
This company is best avoided if you need any aftercare assistance

Great service

I recently ordered a cover for my patio furniture in a hurry and without taking the actual measurements beforehand. After realising my mistake a day or so later, I emailed the company and dealt with Ben who was very helpful and swiftly arranged a change of my order to the correct size and colour. I am now looking forward to receiving the item.

A very disatisfied customer

The sales and delivery services were very good. However, the confidence I had in this Company came to an abrupt halt after the installation when I became a very disatisfied customer.
I begin by quoting the company's advertisement: We offer dedicated UK customer support, advice and after sales care. We pride ourselves on our professional service and expert advice. We will always endeavour for a hassle free after sales service however, in the unlikely event you experience any problems, you’ll see we are as good as our word...... this was far from the experience I had. I received one brief email offering no support to my comments / complaints and telling me that that was their final word on the matter. In spite of numerous communications from me - there were no further replies from them.

Instead of the promised 2-3 weeks for installation I waited 2 months. Previously I had instructions to make sure that my builder made the shed base absolutely flat. I had to send photos to prove this showing a spirit level.
When the installers came they contradicted this and suggested that as the base was flat there would be poor drainage and the shed would become damp (which it did).
The qualilty of the timber is very poor, there were numerous holes in the wood where knots had fallen out and I was advised on how to fill these myself. Furthermore the shed leaks and within a month of bad weather and strong winds the thin single layer roof covering bubbled and began to split so had to be replaced. I have had to spend a great deal of extra money trying to make the shed more fit for purpose. I have received no support or compensation from the company.
