The worst experience by far. I order 2 items (2 jackets) The one come to the correct size, a bit short on the sleeves but ok, i can accept it. The other one is at least 3 sizes smaller. I contact the customer servise thinking (naivelly) that it is just a mistace and they will correct it. Their answer is like "send us photos to prove we made a mistake" Like why would i contact you if the size was correct? I did send photos. They reply "within 3 days we will contact you to fix it". One month later no contact at all. I send them again and they reply "if you send it back and we send you the correct size, you will pay the shipping fees" Like seriously? You mess up the order and now you want me to pay for it? But they continue "keep the wrong size that you cannot wear and we will give you a 10% discount in your next order" Like seriously you think i will buy again from you after all this?
Stay away! As far away as possible!!

I liked the St Patricks day jumper I purchased and found it easy to go through checkout.

The quality of the goods was nothing like the pictures. I sent first email and got offer of 10% which I refused they refused to send return address. They then offered 20%, I still refused. I then contacted my credit card company. I sent all the picture of what I expected, what i received. Sent copies of all emails to and from the company. I have just had the money refunded from my credit card. They will now chase the company not me. I now advise others not to buy very time i see a new post on FB.

My experience is always good due to customer service and quality/prices of your items. BUT I have had $300 of purchases (not all from you) that have been pirate'ed off my porch since November! I know you can't help me there other than what you've already done in investigating. I just re-ordered my ONE fav item for ME that was stolen off my porch. I trust you guys that much. I can't really afford the $50 more going out but your stuff is stunning so I'm making an exception.

If I could give a 0 I would. Purchased clothing in December 2025, was not what it looked like in the picture, have been trying to return these items for several months. Very few responses on where to return these items. They would email with trying to give me a 10% discount first time and a 20% discount the second time. After I said no, I sent both back to Mississauga, Ont. which was on the package of where it came from. I mailed it January 30,2026 they received it February 3, I have sent 4 emails to them and they claim they do not have it, even when I send them a tracking number. This place should not be in business and it is a complete scam. I'm at my wits end on how to get my money back.

I ordered a 5X and it showed up fitting like a kid’s medium. Material feels super cheap, and when I asked for a refund, they just offered me 10% off my next order. Definitely not ordering again.

Ease and quality

Wouldn't even leave 1 star. Shows as a woolen jumper, comes as a picture printed china cheap shit. Absolutely disgusted in paying so much for something I can make myself. Have not refunded and had the audacity to ask for picture for proof.

Ordered what purported to be a wooden hoodie on receiving it it was printed cloth usable but not wool

Total ripoff. I wouldn't even give this website 1 star. They are a total scam. They show nice knitted wool sweaters and jackets, but their product could barely be called a light sweatshirt where the image is merely printed on the material. More of a heavy T shirt, and the size is much smaller than what they offer. A XX shirt is more like a medium, so it's not even wearable. Straight in the trash can. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PIECE OF SHIT

I order on Dec 4th, they guarantee to deliver in 5 days. I did not recieve the items till the 24th of Dec. I immediately requested a refund according to their policy. They refused to issue a refund. They gave me a lot of excuses. They offer discount codes... STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Seriously why are Sheeplace still trading they are fraudulent they offer you a Scandinavian quality winter jumpers as advertised in their borrowed video. But what is delivered resembles a cheat Chinese long sleeve t-shirt with a zip and cheap pattern.
There are breeching the UK’s Trade description act and are fraudulent to their sales victims.
