I still haven't received my package, its been over 2 months. and there's no location details so I don't even know where it is.

A month and still waiting. And they send me a request to review? odd
It's been a month since I received tracking information. It still reads "Tracking number created" and I haven't received my shirt.

The request to revew is an automatic process and by the time you should have recieved your product. Unfortunately it was not the case this time.
We checked your tracking url and it shows that your parcel is still in transit. You will be delivered soon. This kind of issue happens sometimes and we can't have the hand on the postal service. However we are deeply sorry for the inconvenience.
