I ordered one of their 'bouquet birthday cards'. To say it was a disappointing is putting it mildly. It was extremely cheap looking and poor quality. It was certainly not worth the price. In addition to that it arrived too late, which I can now say was a blessing in disguise. They only have 5 star reviews on their page and didn't show the 1 star review I left. I don't believe those reviews are genuine. I have managed to cancel the membership that I didn't know I had until I read these reviews, so thank you. I am now trying to return the card and get a refund but they seem to be ignoring me. When the card hadn't arrived on time they tried to offer me a 20% refund and keep the card. I made it clear that it was a NO from me.
*****UPDATE ON REFUND*****I have finally received a full refund. This was after inundating them with multiple emails on a daily basis.

Same as all the other reviews, wish I would have read them first! Piece of cheap tat, waste of £10, it comes from China so that's where the cost is. It was glued properly, wouldn't stand up either, has gone straight in the bin! They stop replying to you when you complain, don't bother wasting your money, there are so many on line card sites that are great. Also, they didn't deliver within 3.-5 days, it took more than a week and went past the birthday it was intended for!

It would help if there were negative stars to give. Useless product not as described. Appalling translation from Chinese was unuseable. State that they have UK presence, phone contact is US. Live chat link doesnt work. They delayed, ignored emails, ignored repeated requests for refund despite the website saying that they offer refunds.
Also enroled me on their VIP program without my permission. The email invoice says its free. The following month the took another payment off my card. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE!

do not buy from sheer trends

sheer trends not a british based company. ordered a camera. took 2 weeks to deliver. doesnt work. asked for refund on numerous occasions. only had 1 response to which offered 50% refund. i refused. still waiting for response. absolutely disgusting and fraudulent advertising. i will get my money back.

Unfortunately I'm reading the reviews after I had gotten myself involved with this company. Please stay away. I bought an electrical item, it came after a long time. What I didn't know was that ihad been joined into their "subscription scheme" to pay £15 per for being a member. For people who don't check their bank accounts regularly like elderly people, the debt directs could have gone for years, and they don't do refunds

Please do not get involved with this…

Please do not get involved with this company. I have experienced some of the worst customer service. I cancelled an order on 2 July expecting a refund as normal but over 10 emails and 22 days later I still haven’t had one. I have resorted to tasking Barclaycard to resolve for me. A shambles comes to mind. Do not get involved. You have been warned. Just as a follow up (24 days late) I have now been reimbursed the full amount but still don’t use this company!

Avoid all misleading

Item I ordered arrived although from the description it was not clear you also required a SIM card for it to operate. My card was then billed in US$, even though checkout quoted £GBP, so I was charged a currency fee on card. Also fell for the "free" membership option and was billed again [in US$]. All in all avoid its all misleading.

TAKE HEED...

I ordered a product and emailed to enquire about shipping and they were very responsive so I thought all is well. Received the item quickly which was encouraging but sadly it is of cheap and plastic looking quality.

Immediately contacted them asking how to return as per their refund policy (which I made sure to follow) but my multiple emails have been ignored ever since! I have had to contact my bank about this.

To be forewarned is to be fore armed. If you're reading this, similar reviews are now confirmed to be accurate. So take heed and obviously do what's best for you.

Terrible company

I ordered goods in April which were inferior as with others every month they try to bill you for subscription.after sending about 10 emails a day for 2 months they eventually replied and cancelled it my bank said even if you stop your card there are ways it can still go through.i ordered a new card and somehow they were still accessing my account.so to anyone with this issue bombard them with messages and become a pain told them I wasn't going away
surprised when they replied they will terminate the membership though it took a long time.

Been asking for a return/refund for 2…

Been asking for a return/refund for 2 weeks now, after the first email no responses regardless of the reminders to a response.
Never again and please avoid buying here as customer service and care don’t seem to exist or are completely inneficient

I received 2 fake items

I received 2 fake items. Not branded as per the website. Plain white, not branded box. Flimsy items. Have sent 4 emails so far to return them. You have to email them to get the returns address, I have the right to return as per UK rules. Tried the online chat but no response. The only phone number is for America. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Fraud

Fraud. Don't buy anything from them.
Same issue as further payments taken for no products or services.
Santander not interested and told me I have to sort it out with the company, so they are aiding fraud by allowing repeat payments to be taken

I ordered a nannycam in April of 2023

I ordered a nannycam in April of 2023. I was expecting delivery in a few days. I have written 5 emails to them. None replied to until early this month!! They are quick to take your money but do not deliver the goods. They debited over £60:00. Please do not use this companyI wish I had seen their reviews I would not have placed an order to them. They are shoddy do not know how to treat customers and I am still awaiting the camera. They have asked for my shipping address in the last email which they already had. Please please do not part with your money. It will be like throwing it down the drain. I have had no further emails from them and I am now reporting them to trading standards in the hope they can take it further and stop people losing their money. Yours sincerely C Mcferran

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. By far worst company I’ve ordered from. My item took 6 weeks to arrive and then it was nothing like advertised online. They since taken 2 extra payments from my account which I couldn’t stop. Avoid at all costs people. Soon as you contact them about the extra payments they do not get back
