Same as most others, bought an Item beliving it was a UK based wharehouse, then got delivery mail saing coming from USA (extra exchange charge!) delayed delivery by 17days. Day of delivery 2nd charge (VIP) taken, 4 days later unknown company took money for Protien pills ?? Guess they've passed my details on? Credit card company are looking into the 2 bogus charges I blocked the card the day before I got the CC company involved so should have no further amounts taken by anyone. ?Will closed account once it's resolved

Order sent but missing half the item. Card details used to take regular small amounts every 2 weeks or so of around $34.99. Please don’t use the sheer trends websites there’s a reason they are so cheap as the charge your card fraudulently for far more in the end. You have been warned!!!!

I have still not received my purchase. I have also had to have my card cancelled as further payment was requested using my card details. STAY CLEAR

i too will have to close my bank account like others!
today 17 -6-2024 the above company with yet another different company have taken second amount for something i did not buy/Agree.
New customers somehow needs to be cautioned about companies such as these even if they forget to visit TrustPilot

This company is a SCAM
Please avoid at all costs as basically once into your card, they continue to remove money from it on a regular basis.
You then need to cancell your card, have them blocked by your bank and spend hours on the phone trying to sort it all out. A very stressfull experience to endure.

Absolute SCAMMERS. I am so angry right now. Ordered an item in good faith and these people have taken 2 further payments for a subscription I did not give permission for.
Bank has put a block on them and have had to get a new card.
DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!!

Edit: I did eventually get most of my money back but only after several emails and tickets raised via their website….keep on at them and don’t give up!

I ordered 1 item & they sent 2 & charged for this.
Another week later they took another payment from my card.
After checking the bank, they had set up a continuing charge on my card.
I froze my card straight away & they then tried to take another payment.
This is a company based in the US..
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS.
The fraud team are on to it & I hope they closed them down & lock up the culprits... Although they will just start up as another company & there is nothing anyone can do about it.

Do not use scammers bought a blocker for £15 today found out by my bank I have been signed up for a monthly subscription

Gave 1 star as could not give none. I ordered a small strimmer and was sent 2 and charged for 2. I requested 1 to be returned and was ignored on several accounts. Then after phoning and asking to get a returns label they took another 24.07 out my account. I have now had request a new bank card and block my existing one
I have now reported them for fraud for taking an unauthorised payment from my account. DO NOT TOUCH THIS FIRM

Total scam!! Avoid at all costs. Tried to cancel my order immediately I’d made it. They took nearly a month to reply but had my email to them timestamped 3 weeks after I'd actually sent it. In the interim I’ve also had unauthorised activity on my card and had to cancel it. Am pointing the finger at those behind this site as the culprits.

Danger! Beware! As other reviews. I ordered GPS Trackers which turned out to be SMS. I pestered for a refund and threatened the small claims court when ignored. They signed me up to a members fee without permission. Finally they issued a refund ticket but no refund. My card company is attempting a Section 75 Recovery. Today (08.06.2024) I noticed a transaction for £27.42 not authorised. My credit card company are investigating and have issued a new card. SCAMMERS is an understatement. From today I will use Trustpilot.

Another customer sorry that I didn’t read trustpilot reviews before purchasing a car paint scratch remover from SHEERTRENDS. The products arrived within 7 days, after paying £37.00 on my visa debit card. The product is a Chinese gimmick & does not remove any paintwork scratches as claimed. Furthermore, I notice that my debit card was used again for £23.59 with no explanation. I am speaking to my bank fraud department who ask me whether I have read their terms of Reference when purchasing? It looks like I will loose this money as the bank appears to be disinterested in claiming a fraud transaction without proof. So please be very wary of this company, they not only sell rubbish but make unauthorized payments on debit/credit card. They also claim to be a UK company but I suspect they are based in the USA.

SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. After many emails to this so called company to cancel my membership they completely ignored me and still tried to take the money out of my account. Fortunately for me my bank was on the ball and refused payment and blocked the card.
Save yourself a lot of hassle and don't go anywhere near this company

Item ordered about 20th May 2024. Item still not arrived. Have repeatedly emailed without satisfactory response. Phoned today and found it very difficult to understand the lady to whom I was connected.
Please can I have a refund.

I just had a really bad experience with this company. When product arrived, it had to be assembled which I did not know. Also bad value, really poor quality, broke within minutes of use. Now not answering my emails for return and refund information. No response whatsoever. Also they have shared my credit card details with another company. Avoid them !!’

BEWARE!
I ordered a set of Ultrasonic Deer Scarers from Sheer Trends, which arrived after 2 weeks. The product was fine….BUT they were shipped from the USA (although the company said it was UK based) and I was charged a ‘non Sterling Transaction fee’ on my card. THEN, after the goods arrived, another charge appeared on my credit card, with a fee added. Reported to my Bank who are dealing with this as ‘unauthorised transaction’.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I too, wished I have checked with Trust Pilot first……so many similar reviews!
