The heater is received, courier to the wicket. It's already working. Everything is super and goods.

I bought 2 Portable USB Mini Electric Shavers. They were Made-in-China, of very poor quality, absolutely rubbish.
I therefore contacted them for a return and refund.
They requested a tracking post to: Success Winner
Trading LTD, Unit 5 St Modwen Park, Signet Way, B'ham B78 2FG, but the head office is in London and telephone number somewhere up North.

However, they received the item but no refund was issued. On reviewing my credit card statement, I found that another company fraudulently made a transaction replicating the Sheer Trends company purchase.

This is a really SCAM! Avoid at all costs!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a mini video camera from this company but never managed to get it to work, I informed them and they finally confirmed they would refund within 5-7 days. More than a month later I have still not received a refund and chased the company multiple times but never got any replies.

Ordered an item and the next day get an email saying that as per your request your order has been cancelled and amount refunded. I DID NOT cancel the order and have not received any refund. I have chased the company a few times now but received no response whatsoever. Fortunately, I unticked the check box that was automatically ticked for membership subscription.

At first, I found the item I was looking for on Buysimple.co.uk site however despite having a UK domain name the items are coming from somewhere outside the UK so I didn't make the purchase given the shipping times. I then came across sheertrends.com selling the same product advertising orders are shipped from their UK warehouse that will only take 3-5 business days.

Both sites are connected so please avoid buying anything from them.

Looks like I'm another victim to this scam website. Bought the small tracker which utilises 2g which is useless in the UK. Asked for refund via email...no reply. Called them and left a message...no response. They also tried to take the subscription charge which you inadvertently sign up to. Fortunately my card was locked at the time. Beware and avoid!

I purchased a tracker from them that doesn't work
firstly, Since my purchase MBNA credit card has been trying to stop them stealing money from my card every month using different company names to get around their system. I have emailed the company on separate occasions and they are not returning my messages.
Secondly, They are not based in the UK and their price increases as they charge everything in USD and not sterling and you also get charged a non sterling fee.

There are few words to describe how bad this company is.. But I will be civil.
Simply avoid this unprofessional company at all cost......

DO Not purchase from this company.
I bought a mobile tracker it simply doesnt work, instructions are useless and no help from Help desk number.
It also fails to mention you need a SIM and Micro SD Card.

Do NOT buy from them. Goods faulty and they do not respond. Had issue with bank just after and someone tried to take out monthly subscriptions.(i had not used card anywhere else) Had to cancel card.

Absolutely shoddy service.
Obviously buying elsewhere with long delivery times.
Run away from these as fast as you can and thank your lucky stars you dodged a bullet.

Product didn’t arrive and they ignore requests for info and refund. Avoid if possible

The product I received was defective. I contacted them for a replacement/refund multiple times, but they disappeared. Do not buy from this website, it's scam.

No response to emails regarding refund. Customer service is diabolical. Products are pretty rough too.

Do not buy!! Tried to buy something but the payment didn’t go through. Got a call from my bank saying there has been 6 attempts from them and sister stores to take money out my account of different amounts. Avoid!!

Ordered a hearing aid for my uncle from this site. They immediately took three payments out of my account (it would have been more but my bank phoned me querying fraud). They also tried to take 6 total payments out of the account from sister websites. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Possibly the worst experience I’ve had buying online.

We have been eight months, trying to return the items of an order, we cancelled 15 minutes after buying.

After thousand emails, they replied back, offering us a 50% of the refund, sending an automated message about 200 times and when we replied that we wanted to send the items and get the full refund they told us that we need to pay to send it, and then ghosted us until today.

Terrible, we will never use the service again and I would recommend them not to use under any circumstance

Firstly I couldn’t get 10% discount for subscribing and no response from them. Them item faulty and after initial contact they will not respond so I cannot return it. Avoid at all costs they sheer trends are dreadful.

If i could give this company zero stars i would. they are scammers. the devise does not work. They havent responded to my emails then took extra money from our account.

This company is a SCAM. They are SCAMMING their customers by looping them into a monthly subscription auto pay model for a one time purchase made and then redirecting their negative reviews to our small business page on trust pilot!!! Please take accountability of your company and do the right thing. We have already contacted Trust Pilot to escalate this further.

I ordered a monocular from this company that was supposed to attach to you mobile phone. It arrived quickly, but it was absolutely useless, even though we tried it on several phones.
I contacted this company for a refund. After 2 weeks I received a reply offering me a 1/2 price refund and me keeping the item, plus several discounts for future purchases. As the item was useless , and I wasn’t going to use this company again I asked for a full refund. I am still waiting for the refund. Then to add insult to injury this company then took £14 for the monthly subscription that I had somehow subscribed too
All I can say is stay away from this company at all costs
