It is likely that you used Firefox's built in pdf viewer. This app uses a fast, but inaccurate resizing algorithm that causes very thin lines (like staff lines) to disappear. If this is not the environment you are using to print, please send a message to help@sheetmusicnow.com and explain what you are using (system, browser, pdf viewer, printer) and we'll try to recreate the problem.

The print was way too light
The print was way too light, and it wasn't my printer.
The lines of the staff were barely visible.
Most digital sheetmusic has a Play option. If Plus has that option I couldn't find it.
Otherwise I was happy with the selection. Good arrangement.

The best thing to do is to send an email to help@sheetmusicnow.com. We'll help you figure out all the things that you are misunderstanding.
First of all we are Sheet Music Now, not Sheet Music Plus, so you are mixing up two different sites. That said, you did make a purchase from us.
Secondly you were looking at the PDF. This particular piece also has an MP3 and a MIDI that you can use to listen to an electronically generated version of the piece. That is our "Play" option. You'll see the links for these in the menu that is generated when you click on the "download link" in the purchase confirmation we sent you.
As for the light print (and the text in the purchase confirmation explains this problem) It is likely that you used Firefox's built in pdf viewer.
