ongoing delivery and service issues
In the last 2 months, every 2-3 weeks, there is a delivery problem-- items missing or whole meals not included; deliveries are hours late. Sometimes a combination of all of the above. It is so rare that an order is correct and on time that my husband has started asking what's missing each week, expecting a problem. And getting in touch with a live rep at Shef now often takes hours. The food is good; the delivery and service are awful. Eventually they will refund the cost of the missing items, but I'd rather get the food I ordered.

I like your food quality alot-Not your customer service so much that I ve suspended for two weeks to decide if I ll continue or not. You can see on my account, the continuing difficulty just getting my delivery instructions onto my account. Promised but not yet delivered on the commitment to fix it. I really don’t have the inclination to continue emailing you every time. Furthermore, I don’t appreciate the $8.95 charge to me that somehow goes to your chefs??? Im paying you for a meal delivery service, period. So you taut free delivery but charge my $108.00/year???

The meals aren't ballanced
The meals aren't ballanced. There is too much use of cheap carbohydratess like rice, beans and potatoes. Many of the meals are not good values. However, if you had given me the opportunity to update my credit card before canceling my order I would still be a customer. Visa flagged YOUR company as fraud and declined the charge. I'm now using adifferent meal service.

The food is really delicious. The thing I like most about this site is that no matter what nationality you are there is something for everyone. The food is really good. And unlike other sites where portions are very little. They give a decent amount. I am hook on this site. I have found my new food site. I highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

They didn't deliver the food
They didn't deliver the food. The status was failed and no one reached out to fix the problem. Then they say they would give a refund like that makes my food plan for this week complete. They really need to improve their delivery/logistics service.
