The Worst
On Monday I placed a large order for guests arriving Thursday evening. I ordered enough for leftovers for lunch the next day. On Thursday morning, the delivery was confirmed as expected for 4 pm-6 pm. At 10:30 am, I received a direct message from the chef saying she has to cancel my order. Well, now I’m in a pickle! I have guests arriving and no food! I contacted customer service and explained the situation. They did get back to me quickly, apologizing for the inconvenience, and to make it up to me, they will take $20 off my next order. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! This was not some $35 order; mine was $200. I replied saying that the offer was laughably awful, and suggesting that at the least, they should be offering a comparable dinner for free with free delivery, or better yet, should have been scrambling trying to find a way to replace the order with a different chef. Again I received a quick reply saying they are very sorry but $20 is it. No words.

Literally the best meal delivery service I have ever used. From portions to flavor profiles - I am shocked at how good it is! Highly recommend for someone who lives alone or with a partner. A great way to eat healthy without having to buy a ton of groceries which will go to waste.

I am very impressed with this company having ordered previously from another company and been very disappointed. My food comes on time right in front of my door. I can’t wait to open it even though it’s only my second week last night. I had the salmon with the green beans and it was absolutely delicious. The portions are quite generous, and the quality of the food is wonderful.
