Received the wrong item, not even close to what I ordered. Emailed, no response. Thank goodness it was a small $ amount. But still BULL!
I want my stuff or my money.

This company is a joke. I ordered a sweater in November and I still have not received it. I emailed them for a refund, but I never got a response. I checked my email today, and they are saying to pick something else out because they do not have that material anymore. It is a fake. Please do not purchase anything from the website.

I placed an order in December and I still have not received it.

Orders a jumper in November still not received the item it was $50 not a vast amount but that’s not the issue
I order something I expect to receive this once I’ve paid !!
Emailed them on numerous occasions To query this issue
Their reply keep waiting very busy !!!
Emailed again today asking for a full refund
I will wait for a reply if any

Ordered November 9th and received nothing severals attempts to see where item was and told many times please wait patiently. Asked for a refund and still waiting. I have no more patience. Do not order from this company!

Shegenie ~ do NOT purchase anything from this site! The items I ordered do not look like the dresses on their site. Their website claims “fast and easy return policy”, so I emailed Shegenie about returning the items, their response, “ Considering the high shipping fee to return it all the way back to our warehouse, I will kindly suggest that you keep it as a gift to someone who may like it.” I replied back that I’m returning the items and want the return shipping address, I’m still waiting for the return address. Again, do NOT purchase from their site. #shegenie

I have been waiting for my sweater from Shegenie for more than a month and I have no way of getting in communication with them to cancel my order. You have the option to open a ticket and I tried that but it doesn’t let you click submit ticket- it just says “verification code invalidation” when entering the validation code, and I tried it probably 20 different times and it gives me the same error message! This is a fake website! Please don’t buy from Shegenie. I need my money back from them!

Made an on-line purchase on December 13,2019
Received a confirmation email of my order.
On Saturday December 21, 2019 I sent an email to this companies customer service. As of December 26,2019 the order has not been shipped and customer service has not responded. There is no way to get in touch with anyone. I can not say whether this website is legit or not. From my experience I do not think this company shegenie.com can be trusted. I have tried to cancel the order on their website but that didn’t work.
Update: after posting this review and posting a review on their instagram, I finally received communication.
Shegenie wrote that they had sent me an email notification stating item was out of stock.
This did not happen. I did not receive an email.
Here are the options that they have provided me:
I can get another item at the same price, I can get a credit, I can get a refund.
I clearly requested a refund.
It is now December 27, we will see what happens and how long it takes.

Received an email from this company on December 30 claiming that I would get a refund. They also claim they I would receive an email notification to confirm this. I have not received an email notification nor have I received the refund as of today. Also note that they have changed their website name…it is no longer shegenie.com it has been changed to shewaves.com

I do want to give an update that I did finally receive a full refund from this company. Good luck to everyone else.
