I attended the weekend GLP-1 Hypnosis Practitioner training with Sheila Granger. It was really enjoyable and informative. Sheila is so kind and despite being very busy, always answers any questions via email. I attended a two-day specialist training course for hypnotherapists with Sheila.

'GLP1's exit programme' - practitioner training. We had a small in person group which made the break out rooms intimate and beneficial. The pacing and amount of materials made available have been extremely easy to follow and more to come as we are supported with delivering the sessions to clients. All questions answered and more. Feeling confident and supported to plan ahead for the programme marketing and price structures now in this very current new market opportunity. Thank you Sheila.

I have just completed Sheila's training GLP1- Weight Loss Practitioner training and it has been absolutely brilliant . The training was engaging informative and covered absolutely everything you would need to know to support clients reducing and coming off medication . Sheila comprehensively demonstrated how to deliver appropriate Hypnotherapy packages to both individuals and groups and we had time to practice powerful ' Primers' to use prior to full hypnosis session then shown the actual sessions to use ( everything documented in a training manual ) Having completed this training I feel excited to start promoting I am now a GLP1 Weight Loss Practitioner and feel so confident to deliver a truly transformational series of sessions to people . Thank you Sheila for delivering such amazing training I know will help so many people to feel confident to continue/ maintain their weight loss without the need for any medication .

I have been on the weekend GLP-1 Hypnosis Practitioner training with Shiela Granger.
This has been absolutely amazing. Full of great content, scripts and information in an easy to follow layout. It was lovely to have the chance to go into breakout rooms and practice some of the techniques.
As always Shiela has been very giving of her knowledge, skills and time.
This has given me everything needed to run theses sessions, including my own confidence.
I would defiantly recommend it to anyone thinking of training with Shiela or joining the Hypnosis Growth Club

Huge thanks to Sheila for another excellent thought-provoking and motivational workshop. This one on Social Media for 2026.
Sheila talked about setting goals, the purpose of videos, giving, offering and being found.
It was densely packed but leisurely enough to include 2 breakouts.

Social Media marketing has been something I've been avoiding but Sheila's training on how use social media to grow my business was insightful and motivating.
