She Sells academy has literally been the best investment I ever made. I got a job halfway through the academy through the community. I know so many girls personally who are genuinely making thousands of dollars before even graduating the program. When people don't have the same experience I am genuinely confused because there is so much value in this program. I would recommend to anyone who is serious and wants to get into sales.

I really enjoyed the energy and sense of community—it was one of the highlights of the experience. However, the graduate software was the most disappointing part. The promise of ‘no more cold DMs’ is simply not true. What the graduate software actually does is provide a list of people, but the only way to contact coaches is still through cold DMs. It was made to sound like there would be a streamlined way to connect with coaches directly through the platform, but that wasn’t the case. I genuinely enjoyed the academy, and I just wish more effort had gone into improving the graduate software. I used up my savings to invest in this because I truly believed in their program. I just really do wish that the graduates program wasn’t just a list of creators.

At first, it was well outside my comfort zone. It felt like a big investment compared to what I was earning at the time, and I seriously doubted whether I was the “right” kind of person for sales. But something about it drew me in — and I’m so glad I trusted that instinct.

She Sells has completely transformed my life in ways I never imagined: financially, personally, and professionally. The training is top-tier, the opportunities it’s opened up are beyond anything I thought possible, and the supportive community of women is absolutely priceless.

Today, I earn over 10 times what I used to, and I’m more confident and self-assured than ever before.

If you're considering joining, my advice is simple: do it. You won’t regret it. If you’re looking for real change, this is it — She Sells is truly life-changing.

This program really helped me to understand the foundational skills of selling. I was in a short lived sales role for 8 months before this with no training and just told to figure it out. Obviously that didn't work, and I had to shift gears and the path I was on. The structure, support, and community of She Sells throughout the 90 day training is fantastic! The only thing that is preventing me from providing 5 stars is that the structure post grad is a bit overwhelming. Everything throughout Tier 1-3 is very well structured and makes sense to learn the full skills of a sales call. However, now that I have graduated and am trying to get on an offer, I'm a bit lost and a lot of the girls already on offers are asking for advice. It is difficult for me to stay focused and tailor my non-sales skills into HTS. Shelby has put together an empowering platform for women to get into sales, and I am so glad to be a part of the community. I have gained a lot of confidence and positive mindset shifts from the girls I've connected with. For anyone thinking of joining, you do have to put in the work, and when you do you will see the rewards.

Honestly, was probably one of the best decisions I have ever made. I am always very hesitant with online courses just because there are so many out there and you really don't know what is real or fake. But THIS really did bring my confidence up, taught and explained the entire sales call and how it should be handled. I would highly recommend to find a friend and stick with each other throughout the tiers, that way you really hold each other accountable and schedule role playing daily!!

Even though I am not on a offer quite yet since I only graduated today, I am more than confident that this will boost me to my dream life!

Should there be any question to the veracity of my review I have a copy of my certificate of completion as well as numerous screenshots and recordings of text messages, deleted comments, and video of Shelby herself describing the benefits of the placement portal (as well as the great deal we were getting on it) before it’s untimely sunset and unfortunate bait and switch. No hard feelings on Shelby or the women who work for her. Many get great results! Fair warning, use discernment before joining!

Date of experience is listed as early January of 2025, approximately when the placement portal was switched to the graduate software and there was no mention of it during the Miami Mastermind Weekend. I attended the event as well hoping to receive some kind of accountability from the team, alas there was none.

Original Review: I joined SheSells in October of ’24 with high hopes of refining my high-ticket sales skills in a women-led environment. What I found instead was a beautifully packaged program with very little real substance behind it.

Coaching was inconsistent at best. Tier exams were frequently canceled, live support was limited, and when coaching did occur, the quality varied widely. The introduction of an AI system (while perhaps convenient for the company) felt like a lazy shortcut, not a legitimate tool for building mastery in a premium sales space.

The biggest letdown was the quiet erasure of the Placement Portal, which had been marketed as a revolutionary resource. “You’ll never need to cold DM again,” we were told. By January, it was gone. Replaced with a glorified contact list that still required cold outreach. Anyone who questioned the change saw their posts deleted or received deflective responses. I later learned some graduates were offered refunds or backdoor access if they complained, yet others were left in the dark. That kind of selective integrity speaks volumes.

It was also hard to ignore the growing reputation issues. Particularly the controversy involving another female sales community with eerily similar branding. The deeper I looked, the more performative and opportunistic the operation appeared.

If you’re drawn in by the aesthetics and promises, I don’t blame you. I was too. But be warned: the polish wears off quickly, and what remains is a program that overpromises, underdelivers, and operates with a questionable compass.

This isn’t a community for women who value discernment, depth, or expect professional excellence from leadership.

Two stars for the community. The women are truly the magic here.

The only reason it isn’t 5 star is simply due to the community itself. Yes girls share and support but as a black I am least supported in posting. Thats not Shelby fault tho. Overall, the program is designed to show you the ropes. This program gave me confidence and nuggets to be successful with any role that aligns with my future. Shelby is energetic and contagious with knowledge. This is a real opportunity with real result.

She is a scammer. Her course is 4k and everything on it was stolen from book or online. Please read THE REAL reviews. She buys followers and likes and fake reviews.

She also is being sued for a huge amount of debt. She’s a fraud. I hope women who were taken advantaged of by her sue her. Heard there is a fb group already.

I’ve requested a refund multiple times and have received absolutely no response. After purchasing, I was given zero access to the program—and even worse, there’s no support, no contact info, and no accountability. This isn’t just poor customer service—it’s flat-out theft. If you're considering this program, stay far away. You're risking your money and your peace of mind. Completely unacceptable. Buyers beware.

I loved how dialed in the academy was and how easy Heartbeat was to navigate. The biggest value of She Sells is the post graduate part of it. Usually with any other course or program, you get to the end and there's no support after where I feel it's critical. Not only did I graduate in record time, but I landed a job within a month because Shelby's team keeps opportunity coming and it's up to you to seize it.

Overall such an amazing experience truly being apart of something bigger then a training program but a community of driven and motivated women. At not one point in this journey did I feel lost or without consent support. I started back in November and regardless of set backs or lack of experience in sales I came out on the other end so ready for this new life I’m have been introduced to!

This community and training is worth every penny - enough said. Not even kidding.

But I wanted to give a HUGE shout out to Fairoza who is so dedicated to all of the graduates and making sure we aren't thrown to the wolves in this industry while looking for offers. You can always reach out to her personally regarding anything at all and she will advise on what you can do.

I have a background in sales and when I came across Shelly's content I immediately was drawn because it was clear she was educated and knew what she was talking about. I am very skeptical about everything so I did my homework on her and her program and everything checked out. She has a masters degree in business and intense knowledge of the sales industry.
I work for one of the national largest out of home advertising companies and we do not get this kind of dialed in training! I have already been able to incorporate Shelby's training in my day to day job.
Sales in general is not for the weak. It is what you put into it. If you are not already driven to succeed and be accountable sales in general will not be for you. This program is not a promise to getting a certain amount if money or lifestyle simply because you went through the training. No. It is however a very well thought out step by step into the High Ticket Slaes world. So even after you go through it, it will be up to that person to actually do the work and actually apply to job offers.
As I mentioned I have a background in sales at my current job I billed $2.1 million dollars in 2024. And even then I saw this academy as an investment because I am the type of person that wants to get better. If you have that driven mentality this is a great program but if you are hoping for something to land on your lap after you graduate it's probably not for you.
I absolutely would recommend this academy to anyone that is driven and hungry to take on the sales world.

Joining She Sells Academy has been one of the best investments I’ve ever made in myself and my career. And I have invested over 20k in past programs.

But you can't start this journey right out of the gate with disbelief; in the program the creator or yourself. Because you will naturally just prove yourself right with that kind of thinking.

The interview process outside of She Sells often left me drained, doubting my experience, and feeling like I had to prove myself over and over again. Only 2 weeks after I Graduated.

Does it take hard work, yes but anything that's going to last does. And anything you work hard at becomes second nature and becomes easier.
