I ordered a pair of shoes and it took nearly a month to receive them. Ordered size 11-5 and received a size 8. Went through a LONG process to try to find a way to return or at least communicate with them. Finally got an email address and reached out to them. After several days, they finally answered and requested me to send pictures of the shoes, SKU numbers and product numbers. Ridiculous!! All I wanted was a return address and send the proper size. This company is somewhere overseas and a real scam!!! Do not do business with them!!!!

My credit card was put on hold by the bank due to the untrustworthiness of the company or person processing the credit pard through PayPal. Shoes took over a month to received due to them being on board ship and not through customs yet. Tracking them took many attempts and was through a suspicious tracking company that handles an unknown delivery service. Ultimately received the shoes from USPS. Pictures were great, shoes very poor quality. Too small for US sizes by about 1/2 to 1 size. No support and I mean NO support. These are "make believe" shoes never to be worn. Since I have nowhere to display them, in the garbage they go. Not even worthy of donation to a local charity. I would be embarrassed..

Unfortunately ordered 4 pairs in March of 2023 and now its almost August and NO shoes...no communication total ripoff1. BEWARE!

Bought a pair of shoes. They were sent out of Chicago.
The shoes were sent in a plastic bag instead of a box like most shoes would be sent (probably done to save on postage which I paid for $7.95). Obviously the shoes were crushed. In addition the quality was terrible. The soles are thin with virtually no support. Unfortunately I ordered 2 additional pairs before I received this one. I plan on refusing delivery.
