I would like to thank Lydia for real personal service received. There was lots of empathy and very much a positive attitude to helping me during my house move. On the day no one arrived . BT have now stopped my broadband. No internet for my kids to do homework. Really frustrating. Wish I had never switched .

So went with this company in Feb to be later cut off wifi after 2 weeks to be told robotic error still 2 weeks later and dead line for my courses today gets a email final bill 24 99 for 10 days of WiFi rings them to explain for a horrible employer to cut me off after been on hold don't choose these as provider very bad staff and poor service

And he helped me so much through the problem I was experiencing with my Internet and this problem I had with the Internet it wasn’t a new one. I had it for a couple of weeks now and I have been calling the company so many times but none of other workers help me, same as him help me today he tried his best and he took his time to do all the researches and updating and reboot in the Internet and everything he could. He did like he stayed more than 45 minutes on the phone with me and making sure that the Internet it’s connected and I’m able to use it, he Said the Internet will maybe face against some problems but he will do his best to monitor it and to see it how it will be working. I really appreciate his work and his time that he help me.
