I had to contact Shell Energy today…

I had to contact Shell Energy today regarding an outstanding bill. I spoke to ##Lauren-lee A## and she was extremely helpful and compassionate regarding the reason for the delay in paying the bill. I was very happy with the overall call I had today. Thank you.

Today was the fourth email I’ve…

Today was the fourth email I’ve received about returning the router and again I’ve emailed the proof of postage receipt plus photos i took of the router barcode and the return package.I’ve been informed now that they have charged me for the router.
The incompetence of this firm is unbelievable.

Switched to Shell s week ago

Switched to Shell s week ago: worst decision I could have made. The speed is very fast, WHEN it works properly.
My internet drops out so regularly it has become tedious. Time after time I get a "Connected with no internet" message.
This happens on both of my tablets, my phone, and television.
Going to check with lawyers if I can terminate the contract as it was nearly three weeks after I signed that my service started so Shell deem that to be out of the two weeks cooling off period.
The cooling off period should NOT start until the service has become active.
Awful, awful, broadband!!!

Tijana was fab yesterday

Tijana was fab yesterday. My complaint was with open reach but after talking to tijana on Wednesday, Thursday 3 open reach vans turned up and really set to work with the issue . Great that I was up and running after all this time .thankyou x

All was good till...

It was all good after I switched from sky broadband to Shell. That's till they were taken over by Octopus. It has been atrocious since with slow speeds and WiFi connection constantly dropping in all the devices we use. I could be calling someone online or be on live chat and WiFi will just disappear and disconnect. I cannot wait for this contract to end. I hope that by October Virgin fibre will finally be available in my area.

well Elizabeth I only got one word to say to you sweet and I mean this with my heart and my soul I truly appreciate I think you've done for me you are a brilliant person in this world and I recommend there's more people in this world I understand at some times people basically do the wrong thing by companies but at least you did the right thing by me so thank you

Keenan H the brilliant person at SHell

The 4th person I spoke to at shell was Keenan H who was brilliant, he solved my problem and was so kind and patient with a complete novice like me. I really can’t praise him enough.I hope SHELL are paying him a lot of money be cause he is definitely worth every penny.

After countless issues, thankfully I got through to Robin that handled my case entirely after many attempts of trying to resolve problems from late set up to poor service.
Robin was professional, articulate, and brilliant at her job.
