Recently got new toilets at the shell garage in fontwell, West Sussex. I must say they are not well looked after and considering they are pretty new toilets they have gotten quite disgusting very quickly. They need to be cleaned more often.

Great service at shell martin way, almost every face smile and give us warm welcome.
Well-done to the branch manager too, who always there to support their staff and take care of customers too.

On a resent visit to my local shell garage that I have been going to for 20 years plus
I was very disappointed with a member of staff who in my opinion should go back and learn some customer service skills no smile no hello she had a face like a slapped back side
Didnt address the queues
I didnt get her name unfortunately she has short hair badges all over her top
All the staff there with the exception of this individual are lovely helpful and very courteous

This was my worst experience
Attendant didn't allow fueling without prepay as she thought I look like theft .this is so insulting for me
.This incident happens at Derry and hurontario .with this experience, maybe this was my last fueling from shell

I went into a petrol station in Northampton today to buy petrol and use the toilet,
There was no toilet???and it was an out of town station???

I will use Esso in future.

Charging people for more on motorways and service stations. Disqusting approach to a customer. Will try to avoid buying petrol there as much as I can

After buying fuel and discovering the horror of have no wallet and being a long way from home.
He sorted things easily said use your phone to pay. Something I wasn’t clearly thing enough to realise! Fuel paid for and on my way calmnes restored

Shell Dreghorn Edinburgh has the most ignorant young female I have ever been served by - my company will not be using again

I went in a shell petrol service at 37 st Johns road Tunbridge wells I had been saved by a man called gaddesh that I have seen on his bagde he was so rude and he shouted on me like I am a kid I couldn't see the number of my pump but I describe my car that was the only one of this brand at this time I told him about how bad his customer was and I liked to see the manager to complain he told me he was the manager by yelling on me before the rest of customer and his collegues but there was no any mention of manager on his badge. I called the number on my receit to see if can speak to the real manager i introduced myself I ask the name of manager he recognised my voice and he hang up the phone on me.This is really frustrating and humiliating. You can not treat people like this especially customer I wonder what kind of example he is setting on others...

The Shell Loyalty Scheme seems to be going from Bad to Worse - Have been using the old style card but updated to the new Shell + but have visited Shell garages on numerous occasions and presented my phone that has been scanned but less than half the visits have actually been recorded - Whats the point of having a loyalty programme if you dont reward your customers for being loyal?

Have been in twice this week spending over £100 and neither visit has been recorded and today just kept getting the App comment Server not responding!

Come on Shell - get your act together or this loyal cutomer will start frequenting Esso or BP!

I would just like to thank the staff at Corley M6 northbound Shell garage for safely looking after my iPhone with my debit and credit cards stored inside the case....lovely lady, customer service at its best! 13 hours later I have my phone back, thank you.

On my way to Odense I stopped to fill up petrol at Ørnumvej 1, Tårnborgvej 4220 Korsør.
There was no paper no plastic glass and not even toilet! The lady didn't let me to toilet claiming that they don't have even WATER!!!! The most undemanding place I have ever had seen in a civilized country!!!!

They didn’t pay me back after charging me for parking at a station, even though I was in the shell shop! Avoid!

I've been using Shell gas stations for many years since the days of "Metax". ONLY because of the credit card system, & it allows me to easily monitor my consumption.

The things that irritate me about shell stations:

Not all Shell stations have the same terms/conditions. For example, if you have a wash credit card, you can only use it at specific stations.
"Shell Express" is totally independent from any Shell gas stations, a wash being much cheaper in fact. "Shell Express" however have few stations, & have proven un-reliable.
Where possible, if you buy a Shell wash credit card, it turns out that the pricing is about where it should be. Or else a single wash is evidently overpriced. This means if you'd like to wash at Shell, a lump sum payout is best/not pleasant.
There is no way to see what credit remains on the card unless you ask them to check the balance inside.
