One star is far too much. Ordered in April and nothing received also ignoring all e mails.

This is a SCAM. I have not received what I ordered. I had an envelope delivered with a card relating to footwear. DO NOY BUY

Sadly, I had the same experience as most everyone else. I ordered two pairs of tights, only one came. I emailed several times without any response. I even contacted uniuni who fulfilled the order and shipped it but they said they couldn't help. This company is a SCAM and should be put out of business for the terrible customer service and dishonest business practices.

Complete scam company.
Order two items and only one turned up.
This took at least a month to arrive.
Website claims products advertised in cosmo and well known in France or Italy, can't remember now.
Parcel arrived in a terrible plastic bag.
Never received a reply to any of my email complaints.

Order 3 pairs of pants paid around $60. Received one pair of cheap pants after a month. Then emailed multiple times about the 2 remaining pairs with no reply. Then after emailing the 1st time they changed the status of my shipment on the Shop tracking app to delivered the same day as the pair of pants I received. Such a scam! Wish I saw this before ordering. Don’t order from SheMilano!!!

I wish I had read reviews before purchasing, reasons why I don’t like to support new businesses. Same experience as others in the reviews, do not buy!!!

I wish I had read these reviews before. I also bought three pairs of pants and only got one very low quality pair. I have emailed them twice and have received no reply. I ordered these in October 2024.

DO NOT BUY. IT’S A SCAM. I ordered two pairs of tights. I got one pair like 2 months later, not even certain it was the correct color but couldn’t remember because you don’t actually get a receipt but whatever. I did get an email that said the tights were being shipping separately? One arrived, one did not. I emailed them once on 12/12, no reply. I emailed again today but am doubtful I’ll ever hear back. This is not a real business, seriously don’t buy from them.

FAKE COMPANY!! This is a total scam. There’s no real way to contact them.

Scammers this company needs to be looked into legally asap they are just rip off frauds.

Ordered a month ago, no sign of goods. Fake tracking, change your card details asap if you have ordered from these robbers

Waited weeks for my order, I needed it for a winter holiday. At 5.20pm I received a notification saying they had delivered my order but they hadn’t, I had been home all day working so I know they definitely did not deliver. Contacted them but received no reply. No photo proof that they had delivered or tried to. 0 customer service!

Is a scam! I ordered 2 bodies and I received just one. Tried to contact them in email and on their social platforms but no answer. Also the one I received is super poor quality.

Ordered two pairs of trousers. Paid £38.
Waited weeks for delivery, nothing ever received despite them sending (fake) tracking info from 4PX and finally fake delivery confirmation.
Have chased but now getting no response. Very disappointed. AVOID 100% SCAM.

Such a scam! I ordered 2 fleece thights and it never came. Been trying to contact them but no response!
