Sherpa Prep and Nafeez have the answer to any question you can think of whether it's about the GMAT, MBA process, or life in general! The course I took at Sherpa Prep made me feel empowered to tackle the GMAT and think more creatively on how I approach GMAT questions.

One could believe that Nafeez designed the GMAT by himself. The way he disassembles problems and develops approaches to solving them is nothing short of incredible. He is a very flexible and patient instructor who is truly passionate about enabling people to beat the GMAT and pursue higher education.

Listen, in our first class, although we didn't cover subject matter content immediately, I knew then that this class would wake me up and shake up my knowledge of what I thought the GMAT was. Nafeez is super methodical in his approach, and no word or second is wasted in uselessness. Our first class covered the GMAT, accountability, Sherpa, etc.; simply call it onboarding. But it was the authenticity of Nafeez and him explaining to us the empiricism behind it all. By the end of our 12 classes together, I knew more than I did in my year and a half of self-study. From quick chats to office hours, Sherpa Prep is everything you need and more to approach the GMAT. Call me crazy, but I genuinely looked forward to each class, missed one once, and I felt like my entire being was out of sync because the engagement piece was key and truly knowing that you could be open and ask any question made the class an enjoyable experience. Although I'm not GMAT final yet, I know once I finish the processes set by Sherpa, I'll be where I want to be with my scores, and I know you can too if you use Sherpa and trust the process. I cannot say enough good things about the Sherpa GMAT course! The strategies and teaching methods are extremely valuable compared to anything you can find that is almost twice as expensive. On top of all of the helpful instruction to destroy the GMAT, Nafeez provides a lot of great insight into the MBA process and also life in general. One of my favorite parts about Sherpa and how much Nafeez and co really care about students and truly live out the "Smart with Heart" mission

Nafeez is the greatest teacher I have ever had! He inspires his students and helps us overcome our fears in test prep. You can tell he genuinely cares and wants you to succeed. Sherpaprep is the best prep course anyone could take to help transition into graduate school.

I come from a background and position where I know a minimal amount of information about the MBA process and value. With limited personal connections to this pursuit and conflicting data from all job boards, Sherpa Prep was a God send.

Hands down the best company

If you're looking for a GRE prep class/admissions coach, look no further! Sherpa Prep is hands down the best company out there. I was definitely apprehensive about an online GRE course...especially one that was several hours long once a week. I was amazed by how well structured the course was and how interactive my instructor, Jay, made the course. He doesn't make you feel bad for not remembering basic concepts from middle school. On the contrary, Sherpa Prep understands that most students are not going to remember math concepts from 15-20 years ago. In addition to teaching you the concepts, they teach you test taking strategies that are the difference between finishing a section and not finishing. I went up almost 20 points on the math section thanks to Sherpa Prep.

As for admissions counseling, Nafeez is incredible to work with. I love writing, but I was anxious and had writer's block. Nafeez helped me structure the writing process and break it down into manageable chunks. He also helped do a final walkthrough of my application. Having an extra set of eyes - the best out there - is invaluable before you hit click.

With the help and support of Jay and Nafeez, I was admitted to my program despite being a non-traditional student. If you are considering working with Sherpa Prep, I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Jay and Nafeez!

I signed up for Sherpa Prep with zero knowledge of the GMAT or MBA process and I can't imagine having gone anywhere else. Aside from the thorough course itself Sherpa Prep is a community you join where, through free office hours, and quick chats you can get personalized study advice and direction. And as several people have mentioned its all at a price lower than several competitors. They do this because they want Business School to be accessible to ALL people.
They are also highly responsive and amenable to any life circumstances that may arise. During my test prep I had to pause for several months due to a life event and Nafeez helped me get back on the horse and hit a great score. Would HIGHLY recommend Sherpa Prep! I was just accepted into Wharton and Booth and could not have done this without Sherpa Prep. Everyone there is incredible, especially Nafeez (my instructor). The Sherpa team has invested lots of time to develop guides which, might seem basic, but cover a lot of ground in serving as refreshers on GMAT topics. Nafeez is also quite generous with his time and very patient in answering questions with regard to admissions and GMAT. Highly recommend taking the first series of classes, even if only exploring an MBA. With access to in-house materials and digital class recordings, value provided far exceeds the cost.

Sherpa Prep is a game changer for GRE preparation! I tried a ton of tutors and Kaplan and Manhattan prep, and I couldn't get my practice test scores up. When I finally found Sherpa, everything seemed to click. The books are very easy to understand, breaking each concept down to the basics, so you understand how to build up to the harder questions. The class moves at a great pace and teaches you helpful tricks on how to approach the test itself, beyond simply understanding the math behind the test. Finally, as a company, Sherpa is very hands on and invested in you as a person. You are not just a customer! Jay is by far the best out there!!!! He understands everything about the test, and knows how to guide you through each step, breaking down the way you think to catch where you go wrong. He is smart and doesn't want you to give up until you reach your goals. Furthermore, when Jay was too busy, Erin, my teacher for the class, was happy to jump in and help. I am now happily on my way to a top MHA/MBA program. I only wish I had found them sooner!

I was recommended to Sherpa Prep by a close friend who is a year ahead of me in the "transitioning junior military officer process." My friend and I were not the most elite academically in college, however when he informed me how his GMAT score had improved following the completion of Sherpa prep, I was immediately sold.
