I found SheSelected by accident.... searching for a dress I really wanted but couldn't find anywhere in my size!!
I'm so happy I stumbled across their website! Really easy purchase process (with discount for first order too 😁). Item was dispatched the next day & delivered within 4 days. Beautiful box packaging with a hand written note. Top quality customer service!

The website was good.
Delivery was fast.
Packaging was excellent, beautifully wrapped in tissue paper in a box, really lovely, and a card with my name on.
The only negative is returns are NOT free and it cost me £5.50 to send back in the box which was large
( one small top inside value £12 ).
Admittedly I could have packaged it myself in smaller packaging, but I had already queued at the Post Office and taped up the box, addressed it etc. before finding out it was large so cost more to post.
So while it was lovely to receive such a fab parcel, on a cost level for returns this would put me off ordering again.
I would suggest smaller boxes to deliver items in.

I ordered 2 dresses for choice and sent one back via royal mail first class signed for, within 24 hours the return had been accepted and funds returned to my PayPal account.
