29 days still waiting for my products to be packed received 1 items low quality and nothing like what the picture was I can send an e mail as the address isn’t valid rip off company do not touch them very very disappointed as I don’t spend on myself very often first time in ages and I got ripped off

this is the worse company in history of purchasing. i purchased 4 sweaters in october. received 2 . i wrote 100x to ask where other 2 were or if i can get a refund and no answer. how can they get away with this. please i can only offer advice stay away. quality is really bad and does not look like models.

Disgusting, this company should not be allowed to trade I agree with all the other bad reviews and will try to get my money back via PayPal which should also refuse to let them use this payment service

Although the logistics of this company is not very fast, I think I like the clothes sent, and the recommended size is the right size. Thank you seller!

I ordered two jackets from them, I just received them yesterday and I’m so disappointed. Neither jacket looks like what was advertise. They’re cheaply made and the style is nothing, I mean nothing like the picture. This lesson have taught me to read all reviews before ordering. Please save your money and do not order nothing from them. This is a SCAM COMPANY!

I received part of my order. I contacted customer services to make a return (there’s no process or even address of any kind on the website) and to enquire about the rest of the order. Received a response in very broken english saying the item I wanted to return was very popular and would I consider keeping it. I replied confirming I did want to return.
No response at all after five more emails.
The rest of my order never arrived.

I been waiting for my parcel from this company for 52 days now and still no sign of it. Not even close. Poor service, Marina ignores my e-mail as I try to understand where my order gone missing. Do not shop here! Heads up

Ordered 4 tops on the 6th of May.
Received one top at the end of July, which was neither the same shade nor style nor dimensions as what was advertised. It was a long-sleeved green shirt, and the photo was of a very different long-sleeved green shirt and that's about the best that could be said.

After a futile exchange with customer care over this and the other missing items, about a month later I received two more tops. Similar issues with one of these (completely different fabric, cut, pattern, etc) and the other one looked vaguely like the photo but was cut about 3 sizes smaller across the bust and 3 sizes larger across the stomach/hips, leaving it completely unwearable.

I did eventually get a refund for the 4th top, since they're so sold out of this that they won't be able to ship, but the company seems to operate on the assumption that any 'fulfilment' of the order, no matter how late, how poor quality, how unrelated to the advertising, counts.

I've had to raise a dispute via my credit card and have no idea how long it will take to be refunded.

i order for 132,5 euros and they never send me anythings, i tryed many time to send mail, impossible, on facebook the page is close, on their site you cannot complain because the sending botton is blocked. i just want my order or my money back. what can i do please. thank you

This is a terrible company. Their website looks great but that is how they trick you. I ordered a pair of overalls size Large (loose fitted pant) and by their size chart they should have been baggy on my. The legs were so tight, I couldn't get them pulled up over my calves. The apron of the overalls I couldn't get over my butt. They are completely unwearable but they won't tell me where to return them and won't refund what I paid for them.

I have place an order June 3rd, 2020 to be delivered after 2 weeks. For a whole month I didn't receive any notification from their end. When I tracked my order they give me automatic reply that order will be delayed due to Corona status .. till when? no reply.
When I cancelled the order they charged me for Half the amount although they are the one who breached the terms ... I am not even sure they will pay the other half of the money ...
They are surely scammers and should be filed for frauding and theft ... they use the corona force major status to rob our money ... So AVOID pls.

Can I give a 5 minus star review. I retuned an item per their instructions in December 2019 and STILL don’t have my refund!! LET ME BE CLEAR/ DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY
BIG MISTAKE.

I ordered "Fashion Solid Color Pleated Off Shoulder Wide Leg Jumpsuit" and that was my worst ever shopping decision in my life. I waited for two months to arrive. Not that it doesn't even look like that on the photo, but it is sewn as if some 15 years old amateur sewed it, and it from cotton material completely crumpled like a dishcloth. The doctor's uniform is super exclusive for this. Not that it wasn't worth the $ 45 I paid, but it wouldn't even wear if they pay me $ 450. The worst thing I've ever bought.

The webside is really bad. I ordered a dress that had a delivery time of 7 weeks. The quality was totally rubbish. In the e mail contact they first wanted fotos and offered several vouchers if I keep the dress. Finally they told me they would refund it if I send it back and pay the shipping costs, but they never answered on my question where to send it to. I´m still trying to get my money back. I always get the same repetitive answers about vouchers etc from Lizelle, Karen or Jerome and others.

I wouldn’t give even a 1 star as a this website clearly I can’t be trust. I ordered a jumpsuit and a pair of sandals, when l was loosing faith as other people given bad reviews of scams and fake, I received them but oh god the quality, materials , fit everything was so poor and unwearable, basically can go in the bin. Took a long time to arrive and cos is in China. There isn’t an address to return and basically I lost my 💰

Worse thief’s scammers. Order a dress on Jan and on Mar ask what was going on with my order that didn’t even appear anymore on their tracking orders. So I was told that the item had a significant demand, they wasn’t going to be able to fulfill, that if I want pick something else or get a refund; so I’d asked for a refund of my money and of course they stop answering my emails. So I had to start a scam investigation with my bank which is in process. My bank told me that Shewaves appears on the bank statement as Auroragoods.com, so don’t let that this thiefs keep the money that you work so hard to earn. Worse online purchase experience I’d ever had.
