I started the funding process through Lending Tree on a Sunday. A minute later, Jo Marks called me and we chatted for a few minutes. He sent me paperwork via email immediately and the very next day he had me approved. We discussed term loans vs line of credit and what would work best for my situation. It was quick and easy. Tuesday morning, I had $$ in my checking account. I absolutely will use him again if I need financial assistance.

I got an email saying I was approved and to call to finalize. I never could reach the representative. I left several messages and sent emails. I got no response back!
