I accidentally placed an order and immediately requested cancellation within a minute, even placing a new order right after. However, despite this, I was still charged a $13 cancellation fee. This is completely unreasonable, and it seems like a business with a greedy and dishonest mentality. Be very careful and avoid this company at all costs.
