I ordered two items for my father. Upon receiving 1 item, I had a handwritten note stating I will not be receiving my other item and I will be refunded. I think an email, prior to you sending the item out, with details of me not getting my second item would have been better so I could have figured something out. It shows that lack of communication this company has with its customers.

The ordering and shipping process was quick and easy. The item itself was significantly larger than pictured and not what my husband or I expected when we ordered. The item is so large it looks gawdy. It isn't something you'd wear on a regular basis.

I ordered 13 dog tags. I received the first seven promptly but the remaining six were out of stock. My refund was received before the order was even processed. I hadn't bothered to look st the invoice nor did I check my credit card balance before calling to ask about the missing tags. Regrettably, I don't remember the lady's name I spoke with but she was very patient with me and explained the back-orders and my refund. I greatly appreciate the excellent customer service. Thank you and please get those thin-green line tags back in stock.
